Big Ol Slabs of Steak

Much earlier in the week, my sister made these two big ass steaks. Each of them was around 1.5 pounds, and she cooked them to medium rare. They were tender, juicy, and cooked to perfection.

They were so big my sister tried to fry them in one of our bigger pans, but they couldn't fit inside the pan. She did her best to try anyways but ultimately decided to put them in our small oven to make sure it was cooked through.

To plate them, we used one of our larger plates and the steak could barely fit on the plate itself. We didn't even add any extra food. No potatoes, no carrots, no asparagus, no onions... no nothing. Just steak.

Let's just say, I was one happy carnivore. lol
