Blankets on the chairs in the cafe? We don't have blankets at our cafes. I don't think any of the cafes outside are even open where I live. LOL of course, everything keeps getting covered in deep snow so maybe that's why.

Some places even have skins outside for the cold season :-)
This pub on the photo has no seats inside, so they have to make sure that the people outside do not freeze so much !LUV
