Hoy público en ésta comunidad una crema de ajo que hice para el compartir de fin de año escolar de mi hermano, pasó para 6to grado y como costumbre le tocó llevar un pasapalos para la fiesta. Yo hice ésta deliciosa crema de ajo, fácil y rápido de hacer. Además que es un clásico con pancitos o casabe. Perfecto para cualquier ocasión. Yo la hago para colocarla a las papas mixtas que hacemos en casa o comerla con pan para la cena🤤🤭 Así que aquí comparto con ustedes paso a paso de esta rica crema de ajo🤤🥰
Today I am sharing in this community a garlic cream that I made for my brother's end of the school year party, he went to 6th grade and as usual he had to bring a snack for the party. I made this delicious garlic cream, easy and quick to make. It is also a classic with pancitos or cassava. Perfect for any occasion. I make it to put it with the mixed potatoes we make at home or eat it with bread for dinner🤤🤭 So here I share with you step by step of this rich garlic cream🤤🥰🥰
🧄Comienzo agregando el huevo a la licuadora y licuo un minuto.
🧄I start by adding the egg to the blender and blend for one minute.
🧄Mientras se está licuando agrego el aceite poco a poco, agrego el ajo bien picado y sigo licuando hasta integrar todo muy bien. Yo esto lo hago al ojo, osea no sé exactamente que cantidad agrego.
🧄While it is blending I add the oil little by little, add the finely chopped garlic and continue blending until everything is well integrated. I do this by eye, so I don't know exactly how much I add.
🧄Le coloco un poco de sal, un poco de adobo y pongo a licuar hasta integrar todo. Y listo🥰
