Hoy comparto con ustedes mi primer mes en el gym, pues les cuento que mi yo de hace años no era muy amante del gimnasio, pues asistí una vez y no fui más jaja, a los años fuí nuevamente y no volví más jajaja, pues la verdad no me gustaba. Y bueno el 25 de septiembre de este año, hace un mes ya, decidí ir con una amiga a ver qué tal me iba pues quería comenzar a hacer ejercicios, y pues me está gustando mucho, lo disfruto, me gusta pasar rato en el gimnasio, hice nuevas amistades y me gusta compartir el rato con ellas, además que me está gustando hacer ejercicios en las máquinas que hay. Así que estoy muy feliz de asistir y comenzar a tener una vida "fitness" jajaja, así que aquí les dejo imágenes de mi primer mes en el gym🏋🏻♀️

Hola amiga, muchas felicidades por ese primer mes, donde el gimnasio es el mejor lugar para despegar la mente, ver personas nueva y sobre todo entrenar. Además las primeras veces siempre será algo aburrido o tedioso quedarse, si duda cuando se le agarra cariño, uno no se quiere ir de allí jajaj. Éxito y que sigan esos meses .
