El día de ayer hice mi segundo intento con los suspiros, el primero no salió tan bien como esperaba pero ésta vez si me quedaron lindos y deliciosos🤤😋 Así que aquí les comparto todo el procedimiento🤤

Yesterday I made my second attempt with the suspiros, the first one didn't come out as good as I expected but this time they turned out nice and delicious🤤😋 So here I share with you the whole procedure🤤.

Comienzo separando las claras de las yemas y las coloco en un envase para empezar a batir.

I start by separating the egg whites from the yolks and place them in a bowl to start beating.

Añadimos el azúcar poco a poco hasta llegar a punto nieve, añadimos la rayadura de un limón y seguimos batiendo.
