When I was studying in 9th standard in 1996, I first visited Madina Namco shop in District Mianwali Punjab. My sister was with me, she told me that the shop in mianwali sells very delicious chicken samosas, beef shami kebabs. i was not very much aware about the shop . but when i first time i ate the samosa from this shop since 1996 ,

i daily visited to shop to eat the samosa once time. madina nimko shop is one of the oldest shop in district mianwali. i ate the samosa first time in 1996 and today the taste of the samosa is same as was in twenty four years ago. the staff and owner of the shop is same person.

mostly staff is same, now old staff is old , getting old. i met with two person that are working on the madina shop since 1995 . when i told them that i am being eaten the samosa from the madina shop since 1996, they gave me great hug and love , said that is is honour for them that they have old customer and trust of customers on them.

here i would like to say that shop owner is very nice person. he said that he earned a lot of money from this shop. he is still working here as worker , he always give respect to his under workers. he always respect his customers. his main mission is the quality of food, he did not compromise on this on any cost.

it is the reason that every customer has trust on them. so i did agree with them that i am also one of the old customers of the shop, i am still customer of the shop. what is the reason that i am still customer of the shop? reason is this that samosa is very much tasty, and quality of samosa is very much good.

it is not very much spicy, there is not over taste of any ingredients and taste of the samosa is very much unique. i did not eat the samosa like this shop.

i ate samosa from many places, but if i ate the samosa a day, then next day the taste , ingredients flavour will be different. but i did not feel any things like this at the madina shop .

جب میں 1996 میں 9ویں جماعت میں پڑھ رہا تھا تو میں نے پہلی بار ضلع میانوالی پنجاب میں مدینہ نمکو کی دکان کا دورہ کیا۔ میری بہن میرے ساتھ تھی، اس نے مجھے بتایا کہ میانوالی کی دکان پر چکن سموسے، بیف شامی کباب بہت لذیذ بکتے ہیں۔ میں دکان کے بارے میں زیادہ واقف نہیں تھا۔ لیکن جب میں نے 1996 کے بعد پہلی بار اس دکان سے سموسہ کھایا تو میں روزانہ ایک بار سموسے کھانے کے لیے دکان پر جاتا تھا۔ مدینہ نیمکو شاپ ضلع میانوالی کی قدیم ترین دکانوں میں سے ایک ہے۔ میں نے پہلی بار 1996 میں سموسے کھایا تھا اور آج سموسے کا ذائقہ وہی ہے جو چوبیس سال پہلے تھا۔ دکان کا عملہ اور مالک ایک ہی شخص ہے۔ زیادہ تر عملہ وہی ہے، اب پرانا عملہ بوڑھا ہے، بوڑھا ہو رہا ہے۔ میری ملاقات دو افراد سے ہوئی جو 1995 سے مدینہ کی دکان پر کام کر رہے ہیں۔ جب میں نے انہیں بتایا کہ میں مدینہ کی دکان سے 1996 سے سموسے کھا رہا ہوں تو انہوں نے مجھے بہت پیار اور گلے لگایا، کہا کہ یہ ان کے لیے اعزاز کی بات ہے کہ ان کے پاس پرانے گاہک ہیں اور ان پر گاہکوں کا اعتماد ہے۔

یہاں میں یہ کہنا چاہوں گا کہ دکان کا مالک بہت اچھا آدمی ہے۔ اس نے کہا کہ اس نے اس دکان سے بہت پیسہ کمایا۔ وہ آج بھی یہاں ورکر کے طور پر کام کر رہا ہے، وہ ہمیشہ اپنے انڈر ورکرز کو عزت دیتا ہے۔ وہ ہمیشہ اپنے گاہکوں کا احترام کرتا ہے. ان کا بنیادی مشن کھانے کا معیار ہے، اس نے اس پر کسی قیمت پر سمجھوتہ نہیں کیا۔

یہی وجہ ہے کہ ہر گاہک کو ان پر اعتماد ہے۔ تو میں نے ان سے اتفاق کیا کہ میں بھی دکان کے پرانے گاہکوں میں سے ہوں، میں اب بھی دکان کا گاہک ہوں۔ کیا وجہ ہے کہ میں اب بھی دکان کا گاہک ہوں؟ وجہ یہ ہے کہ سموسے بہت لذیذ ہوتے ہیں اور سموسے کی کوالٹی بہت اچھی ہوتی ہے۔

یہ بہت زیادہ مسالہ دار نہیں ہے، اس میں کسی بھی اجزاء کا ذائقہ زیادہ نہیں ہے اور سموسے کا ذائقہ بہت منفرد ہے۔ میں نے اس دکان کی طرح سموسے نہیں کھائے۔

میں نے کئی جگہوں سے سموسے کھائے، لیکن اگر میں ایک دن سموسے کھاتا ہوں تو اگلے دن ذائقہ، اجزاء کا ذائقہ مختلف ہوگا۔ لیکن میں نے مدینہ کی دکان پر ایسی کوئی چیز محسوس نہیں کی۔

madina shop located near railway phatak that is situated near rabi plaza in mianwali. here i want to add this information that madina nimko shop has been shift from old place to new shop but location is same. old shop was very much small, and now madina nimko shop is ten step away from the old shop .

new building is newly constructed , and owner of the building is also owner of the madina nimko shop. when i asked about the new building , he said that he bought the plot few years ago from the earning of the madina nimko shop , and then he saved some money little little , now he is owner of the his own building and shop. so it is great effort that show that he did inn his life.

when i asked that you should not leave the old shop building, he said that owner of the old shop was increasing the rent of the shop every month. so he thoughts that he should shift his shop to his own building , so he can save his profit,earning for the future. so he was very much and satisfy in his building after shifting the shop.

ریلوے پھاٹک کے قریب واقع مدینہ شاپ جو میانوالی میں ربیع پلازہ کے قریب واقع ہے۔ یہاں میں یہ معلومات شامل کرنا چاہتا ہوں کہ مدینہ نمکو کی دکان پرانی جگہ سے نئی دکان میں منتقل ہو گئی ہے لیکن مقام وہی ہے۔ پرانی دکان بہت چھوٹی تھی اور اب مدینہ نمکو کی دکان پرانی دکان سے دس قدم کے فاصلے پر ہے۔ نئی عمارت نئی تعمیر ہوئی ہے، اور عمارت کا مالک مدینہ نمکو کی دکان کا بھی مالک ہے۔ میں نے نئی عمارت کے بارے میں پوچھا تو اس نے بتایا کہ چند سال پہلے مدینہ نمکو کی دکان کی کمائی سے پلاٹ خریدا تھا، اور پھر اس نے تھوڑی بہت رقم بچائی، اب وہ اپنی عمارت اور دکان کا مالک ہے۔ تو یہ بہت بڑی کوشش ہے جو یہ ظاہر کرتی ہے کہ اس نے اپنی زندگی میں کیا تھا۔

جب میں نے پوچھا کہ آپ پرانی دکان کی عمارت نہ چھوڑیں تو اس نے کہا کہ پرانی دکان کا مالک ہر ماہ دکان کا کرایہ بڑھا رہا ہے۔ اس لیے اس نے سوچا کہ اسے اپنی دکان کو اپنی عمارت میں شفٹ کر لینا چاہیے، تاکہ وہ اپنا منافع بچا سکے، مستقبل کے لیے کما سکے۔ اس لیے وہ دکان شفٹ کرنے کے بعد اپنی عمارت میں بہت مطمئن اور مطمئن تھا۔

it is delicious vegetable pokura, i like these pokura very much, i made many time vegetables pokura at home, but i did not eat like this pokura, their taste is very much unique, i also ate vegetable pokuraz from other food shop, but i did not eat like these. i asked about the recipe of the pokuraz from the madina shop owner but he said it is our secret so i did not force them very much to get more information about the recipe and ingredients.

یہ مزیدار سبزی پوکورا ہے، مجھے یہ پوکورے بہت پسند ہیں، میں نے کئی بار سبزی پوکورا گھر میں بنایا، لیکن میں نے اس پوکورے کی طرح نہیں کھایا، ان کا ذائقہ بہت منفرد ہے، میں نے دوسری کھانے کی دکانوں سے بھی سبزی پوکورا کھایا، لیکن میں اس طرح نہیں کھایا. میں نے مدینہ کی دکان کے مالک سے پوکراز کی ترکیب کے بارے میں پوچھا لیکن اس نے کہا کہ یہ ہمارا راز ہے اس لیے میں نے انہیں زیادہ مجبور نہیں کیا کہ وہ ترکیب اور اجزاء کے بارے میں مزید معلومات حاصل کریں۔

here is above view of shami kabab, shami kabab design is same that we can see on other shop, but i would like to say again that taste is different, so if you visit the mianwali then never forget to visit the madina nimko shop, you will come to the shop again and again to eat the samosa , pokuraz again and again.
