My journey today was a journey of delicious and tasty food. My friends and I had planned that we would go to Paki Mor to eat Peshawari Chapli Kebab. The weather was very pleasant. And everyone says that the taste of Chapli Kebab is available only at the hotel at Paki Mor. But we also tasted some kebabs at all the food points where Chapli Kebab was being prepared on the way. But I am telling you 100 percent that their taste was not delicious and they did not have the taste of Chapli Kebab because most of the Chapli Kebabs that were being prepared at the food points were called Chapli Kebab but they were not. I did not like the taste of Chapli Kebab and neither was their quality like Peshawari Chapli Kebab because most of the onions were used in these Kebabs and most of the potatoes were also used. In addition, more tomatoes were used. Since Peshawari Chapli Kebab is made from pure meat and minced beef is mixed in Chapli Kebab, but the Chapli Kebabs that were being sold on the road did not even have the word meat in them, so I will not praise Chapli Kebabs made on any road here.
As soon as we reached our destination, our mouths started watering because we were very hungry and then our excitement was also very visible because we were going to eat Peshawari Chapli Kebab at Paki Morr and our destination was Qabil Shinwari Taka Kebab House. Chhanwari Taka Ka Bab is a food point where Peshawari Chapli Kebab is prepared with great taste, so whoever comes back from Peshawari or Qabil Shinwari Taka Kebab food point after eating Peshawari Chapli Kebab, he keeps praising it. When we entered the main hall, the slight heat outside also disappeared as soon as we entered the hall because the air conditioner was running in the main hall. And the room was very cold, so the heat and the tiredness we were feeling while riding the motorcycle also went away. We went to the food point and asked them to prepare Chapli Kebab with hot naan and that there should be a lot of meat in them. The shopkeeper told us that whatever Peshawari Chapli Kebab is prepared here, meat is added in abundance and this is the specialty of our Chapli Kebabs that here Chapli Kebabs are prepared with rich and stuffed meat and people travel hundreds of kilometers to eat our Peshawari Chapli Kebab made especially with meat. They are very delicious and all our friends said to each other that the journey we have made of this distance of 50 kilometers has not been in vain, but the food for which we had made this journey to test the food is really very delicious and it makes me want to come to this hotel every day and eat these Peshawari Chapli Kebabs. Apart from this, the taste of the naan with the Chapli Kebabs was also very delicious and the one on top of the naan was polished with desi ghee, that is, those naans were prepared in desi ghee. But here I want to tell you one more thing, that is, the Sheikh told us that the ghee used to prepare Peshawari Chapli Kebabs is desi ghee and is made from cow's milk because butter is made from cow's milk and then this desi ghee is prepared from this butter, so this Chapli Kebab is desi ghee. I was surprised to hear this because desi ghee is very expensive and even pure desi ghee is very durable and tasty, so everything used to make Chapli Kebab here is of standard and quality level.
The chef told me that he does not use any special ingredients in chapli kebabs. The same ingredients are used that are usually used to make kebabs at home. But the most important thing in making chapli kebabs is meat. If you use more meat, your chapli kebabs will be very tasty. And those who do not use meat or use very little meat in their chapli kebabs will not taste so good. But one more thing, the sheikh told me that if you are using more meat in chapli kebabs, you also have to use fat. You have to use the animal fat inside the meat. If you are using only meat in large quantities, then your chapli kebabs will not be delicious and flavorful unless you use fat with the meat. So this thing about fat was very new to me because many people use only meat and do not use fat at all. So when the chef told me that he used meat They also use fat, so I understood that the secret is actually the fat, which the Sheikh told me. Similarly, there are some people who do not like to eat kebabs with a lot of fat, so the chef also told me that he also makes special fat-free kebabs for these people so that his customers are satisfied in every way. But the secret he told me was that it is mandatory to use fat with the meat. Then I asked the chef how much fat should be used. The chef told me that if you are preparing one kilo of meat for kebabs, then you should use at least 200 grams of fat in it. Similarly, if you plan to make chapli kebabs with two kilos of meat, then you should use at least 400 grams of fat. In this way, I understood this formula very well and I thanked the chef for telling me the secret, but he was happy and said that this is a continuous charity to whomever you give your recipe or formula. They say he only compliments us and then comes to our hotel again and again to eat.
