Some people do not sell the rabbits that are caught in the wild. There are very few people who hunt rabbits due to poverty so that they can catch rabbits and sell them and buy their daily needs. One such hunter gave me a wild rabbit and I am very grateful to him now because it is very rare. So I bought a wild rabbit for 1500 rupees and the prizes in dollars for it are about five dollars. So I bought a wild rabbit for five dollars and I have prepared its recipe at home. First of all, there is a very easy way to prepare wild rabbit and I hope you will like this method very much. And if you like this method, whether it is wild rabbit, chicken curry or mutton Be it a kadai, a beef kadai, whatever kadai, whatever recipe you have, you can make it in this way because its taste will be very delicious. The ingredients for this recipe are very simple and are available in every kitchen. I will write the ingredients used in it here. First of all, *onion, solid green chili, rabbit meat, wild rabbit oil, cooking oil, other spices. Other spices are salt, black pepper,garlic, ginger, Kashmiri red pepper, dried chili, green pepper, tomatoes and yogurt, white cumin. These are the ingredients that you will need to make this recipe. Now, note down the method of making it, how you have to make it.

The first step is that you have to mix garlic, ginger, green chili, white cumin and salt to taste in the yogurt. When it is well mixed in a cup of yogurt, you have to put the meat in it and marinate it well and then you have to put it in the freezer for an hour. When this first step is complete, you have to prepare the recipe after an hour.

The second step is:

In the second step, you have to light a fire and light it on top of the wood. Then you have to place the pot on top of it in which you have to prepare the recipe. You have to add cooking oil to it. When the oil is hot, you have to add chopped onions to it. When the onions are completely brown, then you have to add chopped tomatoes and green chilies. When you add green chilies and tomatoes, you have to add all the ingredients, which are yogurt, rabbit meat and whatever mixture you kept in the freezer for an hour, you have to add lentils to it and cook it until it is completely fried, not fried. You have to fry it well and at the same time keep checking whether the meat you have is cooked or not because the meat of the wild rabbit is very tough and tough meat takes time to cook, so in this way you have to keep it for cooking well. When it is well cooked, Cook it as you see in the pictures how I have fried it well. When it is fried well, then you have to add a little water in it and when you add that water, you have to cook it well until this water dries up. But you have to keep stirring the spoon at the same time so that your recipe does not burn or burn quickly. In this way, when it is completely fried and fried, you have to serve it to your friends and guests to eat. You have to serve it to the guests with wheat bread. Its taste is very delicious. You have seen that I have used very simple ingredients in it. All the ingredients in it are easily found in every kitchen.

Then I cooked it well and then further when I felt that there was less chilli or less salt or the taste of other spices was decreasing, I added all those things to it. In this way, you also have to keep checking the test at the same time, if any spice is less or more, you can also check it well during cooking.

When the recipe is completely ready, cooked well and the taste is excellent and all the ingredients are mixed with the meat and the meat is also completely cooked, then you have to add a little tamarind in it at this time. If you do not have tamarind, then you can also add any pickle of your choice in it. So in the last stage, you have to add tamarind or char in it and then when you add tamarind or pickle in it, you have to cook it again for five minutes so that the tamarind mixes well with the spices in all the food and the taste of tamarind is added to the whole food. In this way, you have to serve this delicious recipe to the guests with salad or mint chutney or whatever you like. You can feed your guests, feed your friends, feed your family.
