Every day of a person's life is a beautiful day and I always start my article with these words because life is the name of every moment that we spend in happiness or sadness, but those moments of life that we spend with our family are among the memorable days. My children and I made a program that we make barbecue because barbecue has its own fun. We made this program very suddenly and in a hurry and first of all we were thinking that what kind of meat we will use to make barbecue because we also had beef, goat liver and mutton meat. So we thought that we will make barbecue of beef and liver. So in this way I cut the meat into small pieces for barbecue and then on top of it I just mixed salt and red pepper. In this very simple way we have made barbecue but many people use many ingredients to make barbecue but we have used only three ingredients. Apart from cooking oil, salt and red chillies, we did not use any fourth ingredients and it was so delicious and enjoyable that you and I would have been full while eating it but our hunger would not have gone away because when we were making this barbecue, we did not use many ingredients, that is why the barbecue with less ingredients turned out to be very delicious.

When we were planning to make this barbecue, the most important thing we needed was coal because we had to cook the barbecue on coals. So, first of all, we found coal because we had used coals on the first, second and third days of Eid. But suddenly, my mother said that some coals were left over from last year in the store, which we did not know about. So, I asked my son to quickly go to the store and bring those coals from there. When we saw the coals, the coals were not in a large quantity, but they were enough to meet our needs. So, when I mixed salt and red pepper on the meat, then we took the iron rods that we had specially prepared for the barbecue, and I started putting the meat on them. I had about eight rods, which was enough for the barbecue. So, when I put the meat on the rods on the sheikhs, the next step was to put the coals. I entrusted the task of burning coals to my son and nephew. My son and nephew burned the coals very well. When the coals burned to embers, we started placing the barbecue sticks on top of them one by one. This was a very beautiful scene. We enjoyed it a lot, and everyone wanted to be the first to eat.

When we were roasting the meat on the skewers on the coals, we were also fanning the air with our hands from above so that the meat would burn better and its heat would increase. In this way, we roasted the meat on the coals, which we call barbecue. In this way, the taste of the meat became very delicious. Because when we used to apply cooking oil on the meat, due to the application of cooking oil, the oil that fell on the coals below, due to which smoke was formed. The taste of the barbecue that was being prepared in the smoke was very smoky and everyone liked the smoky taste very much. In this way, my children and I arranged a barbecue party together at Asr time, which was very delicious and full of flavor.
