Do you make a profit by setting up a cart of this chickpea pulao? The chickpea pulao seller told me that Alhamdulillah, I earn a handsome amount of profit every day and return home in the evening. I was very happy and I prayed that Allah would bless your sustenance and business even more. Then I asked him what time do you leave home in the morning and when do you prepare all these items? He told me that he goes to every area where there is a fair, market or fair to sell these chickpea pulao because in areas where there is a fair or fair, Markets are set up there, people come to the fair in large numbers and thus, due to more people, our customers become more and thus, sales of chickpeas also increase. I was very happy because those who work hard and work hard, Allah definitely increases their sustenance. I asked him, what time do you leave home for the fair? He said, I leave home at seven in the morning and I wake up early in the morning and at three in the morning I start preparing this fresh food and my wife and children also help me in this. In this way, I prepare all the materials at seven and leave for the fair market. I asked him, you go to different cities every day, so what is the attitude of the people? What is their opinion about your chhola pulao? He said, wherever I go, people wait for me and they eat chhola pulao with great enthusiasm. And I am sure that since I use authentic ingredients in my chhola pulao, Its quality would also be good.

Here is the description of the things that the chickpea seller added to the plate of 16 pulaos worth Rs 50. In this way, he put a spoon and handed the plate to me. When I ate a spoon, such a pleasant taste came into my mouth that was very delicious. I asked my children how the chickpea pulao was made, and my son also praised the chickpea pulao. In fact, when I took a spoonful of rice and put some pieces of the spicy sauce salad on it in my mouth, it really became a great delicacy. And as I am writing this, my mouth is watering because the chickpea pulao was very tasty. Now I am waiting for when Friday will come and I will go again to eat Sarfaraz's test chhola pulao because this chhola pulao was really delicious. Similarly, I want to write this here that whenever you go to eat street food, first of all, check whether the place is clean and whether the food is prepared cleanly. I have eaten in big expensive hotels, but the same food that is cooked in big expensive hotels, if the same food is eaten in street food, it is much better than in these big hotels. But the condition is that the street food area should be clean and free from dirt. It should be clean and the utensils in which you are given food should also be clean because only faith is half of faith and those who care about cleanliness should understand that they care about every quality that they want to present to their customers in food. So, street food food is cheap and delicious in taste, whereas when we go and eat in big hotels, that food is expensive and if its taste is not of standard, then your money can be wasted in a big way. Similarly, we should enjoy the food of big hotels and also enjoy street food.

One thing that we also observe is that when we go to eat street food, middle-class people come to street food in large numbers because middle-class people cannot afford food in big hotels because food in big hotels is very expensive because there is a fee charged even for sitting there. When you go to big hotels and eat, there are service charges there, taxes are very high there, there are many facilities there, but there is also a lot of expense, so middle-class people who have low incomes in big hotels cannot afford to eat in those hotels. Therefore, those people who have low incomes who are middle-class people mostly turn to street food and eat in street food. But it is also true that eating in street food and big hotels is also an interesting hobby. If you have never eaten in a big hotel, then if you go there and eat, the food there will present a strange scene. While the street food environment will present another scenario, in street food you can see people coming and going around you and apart from that, there are stalls of different food in street food but when you go to big hotels, there are not so many people there, rather there are people in a certain number. You are locked inside a room or you are sitting in one place. Here people are busy eating food whereas in street food when you sit down to eat you see an open area where traffic is also passing by on the road. People are also sitting there. There is food being prepared in front of you. You are watching the food being prepared and watching people eating food. People are bargaining with you. You are buying food and taking it home. But in big hotels you cannot go to the kitchen. You do not know where the food is being prepared or where the kitchen is. Rather the management puts your order on your table according to your order. Thus, the two environments are different and each has its own separate taste.

We also feel good that when a person works hard with his hands, Allah Almighty definitely blesses his sustenance. I have written this above. We should always prepare good food to establish a good standard. If we prepare good food, we can also highlight it as a great street food. So if any of you are unemployed and want to do some work and are planning to set up a street food stall, then they must keep this in mind that they should prepare food that is good in taste, good in quality and that the customers like. If that advice is good, then definitely act on it. So I asked the seller of Sarfaraz's test, "Is the customer satisfied with you?" He said, "Of course, the customer is satisfied with me." But sometimes it happens that customers say for some reason that your chhola pulao is too salty or too spicy, so I adopted this method. I don't add spicy ingredients to my rice, but I have made different types of sauces and chutneys. If someone wants to eat spicy food, I add spicy chutney to it. Hi there @yousafharoonkhan,, Your version of street food looks like a complete meal, but here in my province, it's more like snacks.. usually light and quick bites. We love our bread and pastries, like pan de sal (Filipino bread rolls) or empanadas (savory pastries filled with meat or vegetables).
As for street food, we also enjoy isaw (grilled chicken intestines), balut (boiled duck egg), and kwek-kwek (quail eggs coated in batter and fried). It's a whole different vibe, but equally delicious in its own way..
