ㅤGreetings! I'd like to bring you something proactive from today, I decided to go and play football before I did my running tour in the city of Maracay. I arrived at the park Las Ballenas army at about 4pm and played football ⚽ for about 2 hours, after that I stretched a little to finish with a slightly different route to the previous one where I would run through the delights would enter a neighborhood that is near the ambulatory of the north, the best thing about this is that by the time it was cloudy and is one of the best weather for me, allow me to be calmer and without complaining so much about the heat. As you know not long ago there were forest fires in the hills near the Hotel Maracay and this did not allow me to run because of the smoke and the pain was quite uncomfortable as I am not a smoker.... This has given me a bit of flu and the truth is that when I was running or doing a cardio activity it left me quite exhausted.

I decided to try again with this weather and to be able to share with you a next run to the hill, at the moment it has rained 2 times already and today will be the third time with a strong and fresh rain, being lucky that the light doesn't go out 😅.
