Hola. Un gran y cordial saludo para todos mis compañeros de la comunidad #streetworkout y para mis amigos de #liketu y mis amigos de #hive. Espero que todos se encuentren muy bien. Pido disculpas a la comunidad SWC por mis dos días inactivo. Estuve así por esos dos días debido a unos problemas de internet. Bueno, hoy me reincorporo con normalidad y les compartiré todo lo que hice en mi día de hoy. Hoy, con mi amigo @manuel-sw y @mauricio, decidimos entrenar plancha con la excelente rutina que preparó @manuel-sw para hoy. Llegué un poco tarde al parque hoy, ya que no me pudieron llevar, pero al final sí pude ir a entrenar. Cuando llegué, me alivié un poco, ya que mis amigos aún no habían empezado con la rutina. Para calentar, decidí hacer dinámicos, ya que estoy mejorando mucho mi 360° y entiendo muchas cosas a la hora de hacer dinámicos, lo cual me alegra mucho, ya que se me hacen muy difíciles. Después de calentar con algunos 360°, comenzamos con la rutina haciendo preses de straddle plancha sin liga y haciendo de dos a tres preses con aguante. Seguido de eso, hicimos lo mismo pero con banda de resistencia para corregir un poco la postura y los preses en la bajada y subida. En estos preses con liga subimos más el nivel y los hicimos en full plancha. Para cerrar con la rutina de hoy, terminamos con aguantes de maltes de full plancha y de full normal en agarre supino. Con eso, terminamos todo el circuito de entrenamiento de plancha de hoy. Fue un día tranquilo, la verdad, ya que esta semana será tranquila. Con todo esto, no me queda nada más que decir. I apologize to the SWC community for my two days of inactivity. I was like this for those two days due to some internet problems. Well, today I'm back on track as normal and I'll share with you everything I did today. Today, with my friend @manuel-sw and @mauricio, we decided to train iron with the excellent routine that @manuel-sw prepared for today. I arrived a little late to the park today, since they couldn't take me, but in the end I was able to go to train. When I arrived, I was a little relieved, since my friends hadn't started the routine yet. To warm up, I decided to do dynamics, since I am improving my 360° a lot and I understand many things when it comes to doing dynamics, which makes me very happy, since they are very difficult for me. After warming up with some 360°, we began the routine by doing plank straddle presses without a link and doing two to three holds presses. Following that, we did the same but with a resistance band to correct the posture and the presses a little on the way down and up. In these holds with garter we raised the level further and did them in full plank. To close with today's routine, we finish with holds of full plank malts and full normal in supine grip. With that, we wrap up today's entire plank training circuit. It was a quiet day, really, since this week will be quiet. With all this, I have nothing more to say.
