One of my sacred moments is my lunch time, which I do not miss because I consider it the most complete meal of the day, I can have breakfast and dinner light, but my lunch has to have proteins and carbohydrates, because it is what is necessary to feed my body and provide it with energy.
This time I went to the doctor and when I left I realized that I was hungry because it was 12.00 noon, so I went to a restaurant called Mi jardín, located in the center of the city and has many combos to choose from related to chicken.
I ordered fried chicken with raw striped salad, corn rolls accompanied by an exquisite Guasacaca. This lunch was delicious and I enjoyed it with my partner.
Hola estimados amigos de #liketu, espero que esta bién, hoy les muestro fotografías de mi Almuerzo.
Uno de mis momentos sagrados es la hora de mi almuerzo, la cual no falta, ya que la considero la comida más completa en el día, puedo desayunar y cenar lijero, pero mi almuerzo tiene que tener proteinas y carbuidratos, pues es lo neceario para alimentar mi cuerpo y aportarlo de energías.
En esta oportunidad sali al médico y al salir me dí cuenta que tenia hambre ya que eran las 12.00 del día, pues me dirigí a un restaurante llamado Mi jardín, ubicado en el centro d ela cuidad y tiene muchos combos que escoger relacionado a Pollo.
Ordeneé Pollo frito con ensalada rayada cruda, Bollitos de maiz acompañado d e una Guasacaca exquisita. Pues este almuerzo resultó delicioso que disfruté junto a mi pareja.
