Thanks for sharing your journey with us. I love exploring new places but have not had the chance in a while.

I have seen things like the bear on the tree and my first thought was a memorial where a loved one died.

I'm curious about the wind that destroyed the trees. Is this a landlocked piece of land or is it near an ocean?

Bears are a real rarity in these places, sometimes one strays here. I'd rather be attacked by a wild boar protecting the young. If the broken trees are from the storm in mid-April, the wind had a speed of around 150 km/h, but the mountain ranges creates a channel here, which accelerated the speed even more. The distance from the Atlantic Ocean is about 1500 km.

I meant the stuffed animal attached to the tree. !LOLZ

As far as distance I'm not sure how km would convert to miles. 😁😁

That must have been one doozy of a storm. I remember traveling with a sound engineer friend down a stretch of road where all the trees on either side has been broken by a hurricane. He told me he drove through at night after the storm and it was dark except for the few vehicles at the time. It was quit a sight and not very pretty.
