My Wednesday Walk🌻

Hello everyone, how are you all doing...I hope that you are all doing great, enjoying what's left of summer with friends and family.

My walk this wednesday was a short one, at least shoter than what it usually is, and this time the walk was ended with some lunch at a small local restaurant. I love to visit restaurants and places like that in the areas where I do my walking.

Today I went to a small island not too far from where I live, and walked along the coast line. I was hoping to capture some nice pictures, but there was actually nothing there, nothing out of the ordinary, just the coastline....

The weather was fine but a bit hazy, and combined with the zoom, the picture gets a bit blurred, soory about that.

The bridge that you can see in the background of the picture is the only access point to the island, and you have to drive for half an hour to get to the point where I am.

Walked along the coastline for about an hour, enjoying the weather and the view, and wnet back to the car and drove to the resaturant.

Lunch Time..

At the restaurant I ordered a small lunch, a lunch that is very typical for the area.
The restaurant is known for making very delicious food, and their meals are a bit to the expensive side, but I just had to try it out..

I'll try to give a description of the meal, have to use Google translate to try and get the ingredients right....here it goes...

The meal is called a "Parisian Steak". It's made of ground beef that is fried very lightly, so the beef is pretty rare, with some kind of salad on the top.
The Parisian Steak is served with raw egg yolk, chopped red onion, chopped beetroot, capers, pickles and grated horseradish...

It tasted very delicious, pretty sure it wasn't the last time that I am visiting this restaurant...

It was a very nice walk and a very nice lunch...Hope you enjoyed the pictures and the description....Lunch is served...😀
