Buenas tardes, amigos Hive y SWC, hoy les vengo a compartir mi rutina de Muscle-up del pasado lunes 16 de septiembre. El dÃa de ayer, como era comiendo de semana, acostumbré a entrenar muscle-up+bardips+dominadas. Llegué y comencé a calentar mis articulaciones, mis hombros, muñecas, codos, y, un poco de flexibilidad.
Primero, como calentamiento, realicé un mini reto que debÃa hacer, que constaba de, dominadas, fondos y sentadillas, en escala piramidal descendente. Luego de eso, di comienzo a mi entrenamiento de muscle-up.
Good afternoon, friends Hive and SWC, today I come to share with you my Muscle-up routine from last Monday, September 16. Yesterday, as it was during the week, I used to train muscle-up+bardips+dominations. I came in and started warming up my joints, my shoulders, wrists, elbows, and, a little flexibility.
First, as a warm-up, I did a mini-challenge that I had to do, which consisted of, pull-ups, dips, and squats, in descending pyramid scale. After that, I started my muscle-up workout.

Primero, comencé realizando 3 series de, muscle-up+bardips+dominadas, con un lastre de 18 kg. Primera vez que hago un muscle-up con este peso, logrando que me salga con buena técnica, más que también, pude mantener las 3 series sin ningún problema. Luego, realicé las mismas 3 series, con los mismos ejercicios, solo que, esta vez, eran 15 kg. En este, si se me resultó un poco más fácil, no negaré, sé que sà me costó, pero las pude realizar sin ningún problema. Luego, realicé 3 series nuevamente, de los mismos ejercicios en el mismo orden, solo que, esta vez, con peso corporal (sin ningún lastre). En esta serie me costó un poco, ya que, venÃa de las 6 series anteriores, más que, aumentaron las repeticiones tanto de, muscle-up, bardips y dominadas. Luego, realicé 3 series de dominadas con 18 kg al fallo, seguidamente, de dominadas con peso corporal al fallo. Aquà sà me costó un poco, no lo voy a negar, pero pude realizar las 3 series y asÃ, darle final a la rutina de Muscle-up.
De verdad que fue un entrenamiento fuerte, no pensé subir ese muscle-up con 18 kg, lo veÃa muy difÃcil subirlo sin codear, pero, lo pude hacer con buena técnica, me siento muy feliz la verdad, ya la semana que viene, le agregué más peso, todo gracias a la constancia y disciplina, todo a su tiempo, cada dÃa un nuevo logro, y, cada vez más cerca, de la competencia nacional de Sets And Reps de Venezuela.

First, I started by performing 3 sets of muscle-up+bardips+dominations, with a weight of 18 kg. First time I did a muscle-up with this weight, and I was able to do it with good technique, but I was also able to maintain the 3 sets without any problem. Then, I did the same 3 sets, with the same exercises, only this time, it was 15 kg. In this one, if I found it a little easier, I will not deny, I know it was difficult, but I could perform them without any problem. Then, I did 3 sets again, of the same exercises in the same order, only this time with body weight (without any ballast). In this series it was a little difficult for me, since I was coming from the previous 6 series, but I increased the repetitions of muscle-up, bardips and pull-ups. Then, I did 3 sets of pull-ups with 18 kg at failure, followed by pull-ups with body weight at failure. Here it was a little difficult, I will not deny it, but I asked to perform the 3 sets and thus, give the end to the Muscle-up routine.
It was really a strong workout, I did not think I could do that muscle-up with 18 kg, I saw it very difficult to do it without elbows, but, I could do it with good technique, I feel very happy, and next week, I added more weight, all thanks to the perseverance and discipline, all in time, every day a new achievement, and, each time closer, to the national competition of Sets And Reps of Venezuela.
