Oatmeal cookies

I recently made cookies with 4 ingredients that are very quick and easy to make.

They are suitable when we have active sports with bicycles or when we go hiking because they have a lot of calories and give a lot of energy.

To make them I used:

  • 150g. oatmeal
  • 260g. dates from which I had removed the stones
  • 70g sesame and 70g sunflower tahini
  • a pinch of salt

I mixed all the ingredients in a food processor.

I shaped the cookies on a tray covered with baking paper.

I baked at 180 degrees in a preheated oven, for about 10-15 minutes.

I burned them a little, but they were still delicious 😍.

Yummy. @clareartista and I made (raw) energy balls, today. One set consisted of peanut butter, cacao, grated coconut and oats. The other of butter, honey, cacao, oats, grated coconut, cardamom and orange rind. They tasted pretty good for a first try.

They should be very delicious and also without wheat flour, excellent recipe I will make it because I am eliminating wheat flour from my daily diet. 😍

A healthy cookies, I like this. I feel like it would be good to pair it with milk or maybe chocolate drink during afternoon break or as a breakfast 🤤🤤
