FRANCELINA: Coffee Bar y Restaurante Italiano Pet Friendly 🐶💚☕🍴

Francelina queda en el Centro Comercial de La Vela y una de las cosas que me agrada, es que puedes entrar con tu mascota, desde hace poco tiempo lo convirtieron en Pet Friendly y eso está genial porque por lo menos los dos restaurantes que están en la entrada, también dejan entrar con mascota, en este caso la Francelina exige que te sientes en la terraza, pero es un espacio bastante agradable, así que no está nada mal.

The Francelina is located in the La Vela Shopping Center and one of the things I like is that you can enter with your pet, since recently they made it Pet Friendly and that's great because at least the two restaurants that are at the entrance, also let you enter with a pet, in this case the Francelina requires you to sit on the terrace, but it is a nice enough space, so it's not bad at all.

Esta es la entrada del restaurante, un espacio muy iluminado, con una decoración bien colorida y moderna a su vez. Todo lo que ven en el Rack turquesa, lamentablemente no está a la venta, je je; ya lo pregunté porque me enamoré de un adorno que estaba en exhibición y cuando fui a preguntar me dijeron que solo es para observar :(, sin embargo, es un espacio muy hermoso que por lo menos a mí, me da ideas para decoración de casa y espero que a ustedes también les pueda servir si son fan de la decoración.

This is the entrance of the restaurant, a very lighted space, with a very colorful and modern decoration at the same time. Everything you see in the turquoise Rack, unfortunately is not for sale, heh heh; I already asked because I fell in love with an ornament that was on display and when I went to ask they told me that it is only for observation :(, however, it is a very beautiful space that at least to me, gives me ideas for home decor and I hope you can also serve you if you are a fan of decoration.

Uno de los ambientes de Francelina, es su heladería que queda en la entrada, justo en frente del rack turquesa, son helados demasiado cremosos y con fruta 100% natural, muy parecido a la franquicia de la 4D para que se hagan una idea de la calidad de los helados, lo que puedo decir que son uno de los más ricos que he probado.

One of the atmospheres of Francelina, is its ice cream parlor that is at the entrance, right in front of the turquoise rack, are too creamy ice cream and 100% natural fruit, much like the franchise of the 4D to give you an idea of the quality of ice cream, which I can say that they are one of the richest I've ever tasted.

Después de la entrada, tienen unas escaleras que da hacia la parte de los mostradores de dulces, cocina y barra de licores. La manera en como decoran la comida, es otro nivel, son muy detallistas con el lugar, cada espacio llama la atención a su manera. Dicen que uno de los mejores postres que venden aquí son las tortas Red Velvet, pero, aún no las he probado, sin embargo, cualquier cosa que pidas, tiene que ser rico, ya que la comida italiana, en general, es divina.

After the entrance, they have a staircase that leads to the candy counter, kitchen and liquor bar. The way they decorate the food, is another level, they are very detailed with the place, each space draws attention in its own way. They say that one of the best desserts they sell here are the Red Velvet cakes, but I have not tried them yet, however, whatever you order, it has to be delicious, since Italian food, in general, is divine.

La cocina del lugar es a ojo abierto para el público, cosa que me pareció bien entretenido, claro, si los chefs no sienten intimidados, pero eso es algo que me imagino que se van acostumbrando con el pasar del tiempo. Todos los trabajadores son muy agradables y atentos, de eso no tengo absolutamente nada que decir. Otra de las cosas que me pareció bien pensante, fue las lámparas de calor que colocan en los mostradores para cada plato que va a salir, con la intención de que no se enfríe la comida, porque es bien desagradable cuando te llega la comida fría je je. Así que hasta en eso se preocuparon los creadores del lugar y en lo particular es algo que me encantó.

The kitchen is open to the public, which I found very entertaining, of course, if the chefs are not intimidated, but that is something I imagine they get used to as time goes by. All the workers are very nice and attentive, I have absolutely nothing to say about that. Another thing that I thought was very thoughtful was the heat lamps that are placed on the counters for each dish that is going to be served, with the intention that the food does not get cold, because it is very unpleasant when the food arrives cold heh heh. So even the creators of the place took care of that and in particular it is something that I loved.

Y al final del restaurante, está el bar, para los que prefieren sentarse frente a la barra de cócteles y ver al bartender preparando los tragos. Luego esta otra puerta que podría ser salida o entrada y da hacia el estacionamiento del C.C y también tiene acceso a la terraza, en donde me senté porque es el único lugar que puedo estar con mi mascota.

And at the end of the restaurant, there is the bar, for those who prefer to sit in front of the cocktail bar and watch the bartender preparing the drinks. Then there is another door that could be an exit or entrance and leads to the parking lot and also has access to the terrace, where I sat because it is the only place I can be with my pet.

Esta viene siendo la parte de la terraza, que en realidad para mi gusto, prefiero estar ahí que adentro, ya que me gusta más respirar el aire natural que estar dentro con aire acondicionado, bueno, si es de noche, porque de día capaz prefiera adentro por el calor de la isla. Esta terraza tiene 3 accesos, desde adentro del local, desde la parte de atrás que es el estacionamiento y desde la parte de adelante que viene siendo la entrada principal del centro comercial. Tiene una Vespa de adorno, pero en la que puedes subirte para tomarte una fotografía.

This is the part of the terrace, which actually for my taste, I prefer to be there than inside, because I like to breathe the natural air rather than being inside with air conditioning, well, if it is at night, because during the day I might prefer to be inside because of the heat of the island. This terrace has 3 accesses, from inside the store, from the back which is the parking lot and from the front which is the main entrance of the mall. It has a Vespa as an ornament, but you can get on it to take a picture.

Voy a confesar que tengo una pequeña obsesión por el late de la Francelina, a tal punto de que voy únicamente por el café y listo 😂. El café que utilizan en este restaurante es el Kimbo, una marca italiana muy buena, sin embargo, hay otras marcas que son mejores, pero esta está entre las más ricas, para quien le guste el café. Esta es una muy buena opción. Ese día estaba con dos amigas y una de ellas no conocía el lugar y es súper cafetera, son de las personas que toman el café sin endulzarlo para apreciar el sabor al 100% y quedó fascinada con este café. Así voy uniendo personas a mi compañía anónima de amor desenfrenado por el Café ja ja.

I'm going to confess that I have a little obsession for the Francelina late, to the point that I only go for the coffee and that's it 😂. The coffee they use in this restaurant is Kimbo, a very good Italian brand, however, there are other brands that are better, but this one is among the richest, for those who like coffee. This is a very good option. That day I was with two friends and one of them did not know the place and is a super coffee drinker, they are the kind of people who drink coffee without sweetening it to appreciate the flavor 100% and was fascinated with this coffee. So I am joining people to my anonymous company of unbridled love for coffee ha ha ha.
