Disfrutando de una rica Empanada en Symphony 🎼❤️ ES|ENG

Hace poco estuve aprox 11 días en Caracas, siempre que estoy por allá, hay un lugar al que me gusta ir a comer: la panadería Symphony. Está ubicada cerca del apartamento de mi tío Nerio en el Paraíso, así que muchas veces termino acercándome a la panadería para comprarme algún dulce o algo de tomar (usualmente), ya que más allá de quedarme cerca, me gusta su estética y comida.

Symphony es una panadería que tiene un estilo diferente. Antes en ese lugar quedaba la panadería Opera, la cual tenía un estilo clásico y su color prominente era el azul, en Symphony el color protagonista es el rojo, pero como ven, los nombres musicales siguen. Cada vez que vuelvo a ir para aquella panadería, me encuentro con que implementaron algo nuevo, pero esta última vez que fui, yo tenía claro a qué iba: a comerme una empanada de carne mechada que, para ser sincera, me gusto bastante (aunque siento que antes eran más grandes las empanadas).

La empanada estaba bastante crujiente por fuera, con mucho relleno bien condimentado. La acompañé con una salsa si mal no recuerdo de ajo muy rica y un Lipton de limón bien frío. Mientras comía, me sentía a gusto porque me gusta el ambiente de la panadería. Ahí estaba yo, con mi empanada y mi té, comiendo poco a poco para luego ir a un evento de Networking que tendría lugar ese día.

Si están por la zona, no dejen de pasar visitar Symphony, sí, sigue siendo "solo una panadería", pero su estética distinta contribuye bastante a la experiencia de tan solo pedir un pan para llevar y comer en casa (tomar en cuenta que tal vez los precios no sean considerados accesibles, aunque no es caro).

I was recently in Caracas for about 11 days, whenever I'm in Caracas, there is always a place I like to go to eat: Symphony Bakery. It's located near my uncle Nerio's apartment in "El Paraíso", so many times I end up going to the bakery to buy some candy or something to drink (usually), because beyond staying nearby, I like its aesthetics and food.

Symphony is a bakery that has a different style. Before in that place was the Opera bakery, which had a classic style and its prominent color was blue, in Symphony the main color is red, but as you can see, the musical names continue. Every time I go back to that bakery, I find that they implemented something new, but this last time I went, I knew what I was going for: to eat a meat empanada which, to be honest, I liked quite a lot (although I feel that the empanadas used to be bigger).

The empanada was pretty crunchy on the outside, with a lot of well seasoned filling. I accompanied it with a very tasty garlic sauce if I remember correctly and a cold lemon Lipton. As I ate, I felt at ease because I like the atmosphere of the bakery. There I was, with my empanada and my tea, eating little by little to then go to a Networking event that would take place that day.

If you are in the area, be sure to visit Symphony, yes, it is still “just a bakery”, but its different aesthetic contributes a lot to the experience of just ordering a bread to take away and eat at home (take into account that perhaps the prices are not considered affordable, although it is not expensive).
