Hola mis queridísimos y bellos amigos que día a día leemos por esta comunidad hoy quiero que vean como consiento a mi hijo varón, que es el único de 5 tesoros que tengo, ahora que estoy con él pasando vacaciones en Colombia quiere que le cocine sano, sin pastas sin harinas ni arroz, todo lo más sano posible por qué no quiere engordar y aprovechar de comer más sano por qué debido a que no tiene tiempo para cocinar normalmente le toca pedir comida rápida.

Yo como buena madre que adora a sus hijos estoy aprovechando este momento para consentirlo así que hoy de almuerzo le quise hacer unos filetes de pollo sudados con tomate y cebolla condimentado con sal pimienta y un poquito de aceite de oliva y se lo voy a acompañar con aguacate y huevito sancochado así me pidió que se lo hiciera y decidí acompañarlo con un jugo de pulpa de mango con poca azúcar.
