GRILL DAY (ESP-ENG)

Hola, mis queridos lectores de esta bella comunidad, hoy de nuevo con ustedes. Les traigo en este nuevo post un día de parrilla en la casa que se hizo con motivo de celebrar el cumpleaños número 58 de mi amor.

Disfrutar y celebrar la vida en compañía de nuestros seres queridos es lo mejor que podemos hacer. Por tal motivo, escogimos para celebrar esta fecha hacer una rica parrilla en familia, cosa que teníamos tiempo que no hacíamos.
Pues bien, me dispuse a comprar todo lo necesario para nuestra parrilla: carne, chorizo, morcilla, chuleta de cochino, yuca y no podía faltar una rica guasacaca que también preparé, todo esto para agasajar al cumpleañero que también le tocó hacer la brasa y montar todo en la parrillera.

Enjoying and celebrating life in the company of our loved ones is the best thing we can do. For this reason, we chose to celebrate this date by having a delicious barbecue with our family, something we had not done for a long time.
Well, I set out to buy everything we needed for our grill: meat, chorizo, blood sausage, blood sausage, pork chop, yucca and I could not miss a delicious guasacaca that I also prepared, all this to entertain the birthday boy who also had to make the ember and assemble everything on the grill.

Fue un momento muy agradable e íntimo, ya que solo contábamos con la presencia de mi mamá y los que aquí convivíamos en total éramos 8 personas.
También se nos ocurrió preparar una bebida refrescante a base de cerveza y sangría que les contaré como se preparó en otro de mis post, y una torta quesillo, que le realicé para cantar el cumpleaños que esa también es otra historia, todo quedó muy bien y rico a pesar de lo acontecido en la preparación de cada una de las cosas que allí hicimos, pero en fin lo más importante era celebrar el cumpleaños de mi amorcito, que él disfrutó muchísimo con todo lo allí hecho, pues que era lo importante.

Prepare la carne para la parrilla, el adobe a mi estilo mientras se preparaba el carbón para hacer la braza y montar todo a asar quedando todo muy rico y, en su punto de asado perfecto, lo servimos y disfrutamos nuestra parrilla que nos quedó buenísima.
