Hola a todos, siempre es bueno cuando esta realizando una tarea de campo, como por ejemplo ahora en donde junto a otros compañeros estamos realizando el alambrado de un campo, en donde se nos presento la oportunidad de poder cazar un carpincho , como saben es un animal muy dócil, es silvestre, porque el mismo tiene su habitad en zonas de bañados y esteros, en donde se alimentan de las raíces y de pastos tiernos, su cuero se comercializa mucho por todo lo que con el se pude fabricar, tanto en prendas como calzados y una infinidad de cosas, pero lo mas rescatable es la grasa de dicho animal, el cual es un buen ungüento para los que sufren de asma y para la tos.

Pero aparte de todo eso es la carne para consumirla tienes que estar bien cocinada, como se ve en la foto, por supuesto que una ves que tenemos a dicho animal, se le quita el cuero, luego se lo prepara para la parrilla bien condimentado y cocinado.
