LECHON Y CARNE DE RES AL ASADOR,,,,,SUCKLING PIG AND ROAST BEEF

Hola, tanto tiempo sin publicar, por razon de trabajo y por no poseer las comodidades pertinentes para hacerlo, pero luego de ese regreso, que como bien les comento que fue por trabajo, en mi hogar fue grande la sorpresa, porque como pueden ver en la foto, en el asador se hallaba un lechon y al costado de este un poco de costilla de novillo o sea carne de res, como saben de mi debilidad por los asados y ustedes tambien los que han podido leer mis post, siempre presente en donde se tenia que cocinar un buen asado, pero la verdad que esta ves, el agrasiado fui yo porque el asado ya me lo estaban preparando.

Esta demas decir pero ustedes lo corroboran con lo publicado por mi que los asados, que he preparado en varias ocasiones los mismos siempre me salieron excelentes y por supuesto muy sabrosos, con esto quiero decir que luego de este asado el comentario del mismo, sera hecho con mucha atencion, porque creo tener una competencia.
