FESTEJANDO EL DIA DEL AMIGO,,,,,CELEBRATING FRIENDS DAY

Como todos sabemos existen días en el año en donde siempre, se festeja para agasajar a alguien para su cumpleaños, el día del padre, el día de la madre, día del abuelo o abuela, día del cuñado y el gran día del amigo, que la verdad en lo personal para es muy importante por el hecho de que, un amigo lo considero un hermano del alma, ese hermano que no tenemos, como en mi caso, en donde son nuestros confidentes, en los momentos mas importantes de nuestras vidas y que siempre están ahí, para aliviarnos el alma, aunque sea solamente con su presencia, es por eso que hoy lo festejo, quizás un poco tarde, pero lo importante es pasarlo con ellos mis amigos y que mejor preparando dos costillares de carne de res al asador, como se ve en la foto.

Que mejor que preparar dicho costillar, con fuego hecho con leños, no muy gruesos, porque al ser finos los mismos, se prenden mas rapido y por ende emanan mas calor, por supuesto que para esto tenemos que tener en cuenta, de donde circula el viento, que es muy importante, porque de esa manera, colocamos dicho asador y así la carne de res se cocina mas rápida.

Por supuesto que según el tiempo que vamos a necesitar, para la cocción de la misma, o sea la carne antes mencionada y también coloque en esta parrilla una tapa de asado entera de carne de res, pero con el detalle, que a dicha parrilla la coloque en forma vertical como se ve en la foto, porque de esa manera se cocina de manera uniforme como el costillar, pero al cocinarse lentamente sale bien jugosa y por supuesto muy exquisita.

De tal manera, que este domingo no es un día mas, porque es un día muy especial por ser el día del amigo, donde lo estamos festejando con mucho amor.

PASADO AL INGLES

As we all know there are days in the year where we always celebrate to honor someone for their birthday, Father's Day, Mother's Day, Grandfather's or Grandmother's Day, Brother-in-law's Day and the great Friend's Day, which is very important for me personally, because I consider a friend as a soul brother, that brother we don't have, as in my case, where they are our confidants, in the most important moments of our lives and they are always there to relieve our soul, even if it is only with their presence, that is why today I celebrate it, maybe a little late, but the important thing is to spend it with them my friends and what better preparing two ribs of beef on the grill, as seen in the photo.

What better than to prepare this ribs, with fire made with logs, not very thick, because being thin the same, they ignite faster and therefore emanate more heat, of course for this we have to take into account, where the wind circulates, which is very important, because in that way, we place the grill and thus the beef is cooked faster.

Of course according to the time that we are going to need, for the cooking of the same one, that is to say the meat before mentioned and also place in this grill a whole roast cover of beef, but with the detail, that to this grill place it in vertical form as it is seen in the photo, because in that way it cooks in a uniform way like the rib, but when cooking slowly it comes out well juicy and of course very exquisite.

So, this Sunday is not just another day, because it is a very special day for being the friend's day, where we are celebrating it with lots of love.
