I thought the place called "Dutchman's Cap" would be somewhere else. It's a bit strange that it's in Lithuania.
Dutchman's Hat is so named because, when viewed from the sea, this 24-meter-high cliff resembles a Dutch fisherman's hat in shape. This name has been used by sailors for a long time, and it was officially legalized on maps around 1818.
