This Actifit report is for Monday's walk.
Having light meals will become the norm for me during the summer months.
Boiled eggs are an excellent (or eggcellent) nutritional choice, I think.
I try to cook them right in-between soft-boiled and hard-boiled to get the best of both worlds.
A nice salad with tomatoes, cucumbers, and parsley goes well with boiled eggs.
