Also for the condiments, even thought its unhealthy i wish they would add some crushed chicharon so i can add some crunchyness to the noodles.

Hmm thinking about your idea, the chicharon container must be air tight sealed, otherwise it’s not gonna be crunchy anymore after a few hours

Also yesss it needs to be sealed. That's why the noodle shops that has all the ingredients already prepared and just add hot water. Has soggy chicharon and stale vegetables because they have been out all afternoon. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrr
