💚 Sunrise walk and pistachio cream sponge cake for breakfast 💚.

This morning I went out for a walk because I wanted to see the sunrise.

The weather wasn’t too cold.
It was 8am but it was still dark.

I have made a Pistachio cake with pistachio cream.

Ingredients:

6 eggs

250 g of sugar

300 g of pistachio flour

100 g of flour

120 ml of sunflower oil (or 150 g of butter).

Yeast 16 g.

pistachio cream 200 gr.

I had a slice of cake with a cup of cappuccino for breakfast.

The flavour of Sicilian pistachios was intense.

The colour of pistachio was beautiful too.
