Pumpkin and chorizo lasagne recipe

Today I want to teach you how to make lasagna with pumpkin and sausage.

My friends love this dish so much that they always ask me to make it.

The ingredients are 300 grams of minced pork, 1 onion, 2 cloves of garlic, fennel seeds, laurel leaves, pepper, salt, 2 pumpkins (I bought two small pumpkin bell), rosemary, 2 glasses of water, 750ml of milk, 75 grams of butter, 75 grams of flour, and nutmeg.

Cook the onion with olive oil until they are soft for about 5 minutes.

Add the minced pork meat to the onion and cook it until browned

Put the pork aside and cook the pumpkin.

Cook the garlic with olive oil and add the pumpkin, rosemary and salt.

Add two glasses of water and cook until the pumpkin is soft.

When the pumpkin is soft, add the minced pork to the pumpkin.

Add the béchamel to the pumpkin and meat sauce.

Spread a bit of bechamel sauce on the bottom of the tray and add a layer of lasagna, a layer of pumpkin sauce and a lot of cheese.

​Bake the lasagne in a preheated oven to 200 degrees for 25 minutes.
