Ingredients: 1 onion, 1 carrot, 1 celery stalk, 1 kg minced meat, 500 g tomato puree, 75 g tomato concentrate, salt, sugar, bay leaf, black pepper, white wine and olive oil.

Cook onion, carrot and celery in olive oil until soft, about 5 minutes.
Add the meat to the vegetables and cook until browned.
When the meat is browned, add the white wine to the meat and stir.
When the white wine has evaporated, add the tomato puree, tomato paste, salt, sugar and pepper.
Simmer the Bolognese sauce for about 1 hour.
Ingredients: 1 litre of milk, 100 grams of flour, 100 grams of butter, salt, pepper, nutmeg, Parmesan cheese.
Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat.
Add the flour to the butter.
Add the milk little by little.
When the sauce is almost ready, add the salt and spices.
Add Parmesan cheese at the end.
Add half the amount of béchamel sauce to the Bolognese sauce.
Spread some béchamel sauce on the tray, then add a layer of lasagne, a layer of tomato sauce and lots of cheese.
Place the lasagne in a preheated oven and bake at 200 degrees for 25 minutes.
