Since many tourists are not yet familiar with Thai food, especially Southern Thai cuisine, which is characterized by its rich, well-balanced, and spicy flavors, we, as vendors, have to take on the roles of both seller and food expert. We offer smiles, engage in conversation, recommend various dishes in a friendly manner, and, of course, let you sample them fresh right there.
