Today, I have a special recipe I'd like to share: the American Breakfast Set, a full breakfast that includes everything in one dish: sausage, ham, bread, fruit, and yogurt. It's a nutritious and easy-to-make meal that's packed with energy.

Before I started making it, I spent some time searching for ideas on the internet and came up with this idea and adapted it into my own style, which I guarantee will be delicious and look delicious.

How to make minced pork and ham filling for bread

Ingredients:

  • Minced pork: 100 grams
  • Ham: 50 grams (cut into small pieces)
  • Carrot: 1/4 (diced)
  • Tomato: 1/2 (minced, diced)
  • Onion: 1/4 (diced)
  • Garlic: 2-3 cloves (minced)
  • Unsalted butter: 1 tablespoon
  • Salt: 1/4 teaspoon (or to taste)
  • Black pepper: 1/4 teaspoon (or to taste)
  • Sugar: 1/2 teaspoon (or to taste)
  • Tomato sauce: 1 tablespoon (to taste)
  • Chopped green onions or coriander, for garnish

Method

  • Preparation: Dice the carrots, onions, and tomatoes. Cut the ham into small pieces. Finely chop the garlic.
  • Sauté the onion and garlic: Heat a pan and add butter. Once the butter melts, add the minced garlic and diced onion and stir-fry until fragrant and the onion softens.
