My Actifit Report Card: August 24 2025

Hello, my lovely friends.

The soft morning sunlight greeted me through the curtains, signaling the start of a new day. Today was another day I was determined to get out and do what I love: exercise. So, I carefully prepared. I pulled on comfortable clothes, followed by my favorite pair of socks and shoes, ready to explore the morning route. My first step on the concrete road in the village felt solid and secure. I started from a small white house. Before I started running, I didn't forget to take a photo of myself to record this moment of readiness. The photo reflected my smile and determination before embarking on my adventure on the concrete road in the village. Once I was ready, I began a steady pace, stepping forward slowly but with energy. The path stretched along the quiet concrete road, with a light layer of dew on the trees on both sides. The refreshing morning air lifted my spirits. I kept running until I reached the middle of the way, where I stopped and took another photo of the scenery to record the memory of this special morning. My run brought me to the back of a temple, where the atmosphere was exceptionally peaceful. I opened my fitness app to check my progress. The steadily increasing distance made me feel proud of myself. I decided to keep running, even though my body was starting to feel tired. But my heart was incredibly happy. Along the way, I looked up at the indescribably beautiful sky. The vast blue sky was adorned with fluffy white clouds. The morning sky was so beautiful that I wanted to freeze time. I continued running until I reached the riverbank, which ran parallel to the sidewalk. The riverside scenery recharged my energy. I ran to the end of the route, pushing my limits. Of course, I didn't miss the chance to capture the final moment. After reaching the end, I decided to walk back slowly on the same concrete road. This relaxing walk allowed my body to rest and relieve fatigue. I picked up my phone and started recording a video of myself walking, capturing the entire journey as a memory. This morning's exercise wasn't just a run for health, but a journey that led me to explore both my inner and outer paths. It was a special and joyful start to the day.

The White House

On Sunday morning, I started my day at the White House by going into the kitchen to prepare breakfast for my mother. The aroma of fish porridge wafted throughout the kitchen. I carefully scooped the food into a small bowl and walked over to my mother, who was waiting patiently on the bed. I slowly fed her until she was full. Then I took her to the bathroom, changed clothes, and did some light physical therapy before letting her rest comfortably.
Today, my youngest daughter's fever was starting to improve. Although she still needed to take her prescribed medication, her complexion looked much brighter. I cooked her some hot vegetable porridge and a glass of warm milk. Seeing her finish it was a relief. I then let her rest fully. After taking care of everyone else in the house, I quickly returned to the rest of the housework, such as doing laundry and cleaning.
After completing my household duties, I didn't forget to feed my beloved pets at the White House: the cat that came to cuddle up with me, and the parrot that meowed in its cage. After feeding them to their hearts' content, I continued on to the garden house, a world filled with a variety of plants and animals.

The Garden House

I started by plugging in the motor to fill the water in the pond. Then I cleaned the area around the house, watered the plants that were blooming beautifully, and changed the clean water in the containers for the birds and other animals to drink. But then I felt sad when I looked at the parrot cage and saw that today, my two little parrots, the siblings, still hadn't returned home. They had escaped their cage yesterday. No matter how much I called their names, they kept circling the sky, refusing to come down to be caught. I remained hopeful, so I prepared both pellet and liquid parrot food that I had mixed myself and left in the same place. Then I carefully fed the Sulcata tortoises, and also fed the fish in the pond, as well as the ducks and chickens that roamed around.

After completing the mission, I called the parrots again to make sure they were still nearby. I was relieved to see them circling around the garden area. Even though they still refused to be caught, seeing them safe gave me peace of mind. I hope they'll come back tomorrow.

After that, I returned to the white house and sat down at the same table to write today's story, to record everything that had happened and share this little joy with my friends.
