My Actifit Report Card: July 17 2025

The morning light began to shine warmly when the alarm clock that I set since last night rang at 05:30, signaling the beginning of a new day full of energy and brightness. I slowly got out of bed but was filled with determination, preparing my body for the morning exercise routine that I loved and had been practicing for a long time. In just a few moments, my body was ready for the challenge that would come in a few minutes. I stepped out of the house with excitement, with my best friend, the smartwatch that was tightly strapped on my wrist, and my mobile phone that was connected to my favorite exercise application as witnesses of my determination this time.
At around 06:00, the morning sunlight began to shine gently and softly on my skin. I started jogging on my natural running track, the concrete road that stretched throughout this quiet village. From the front of the house, I stopped for a moment to record the beautiful morning view that was gradually blooming with my mobile phone before continuing my run on the familiar path as if it were a part of my body. The atmosphere today was completely different from the day before when it was drizzling. The sky was a perfect bright blue. Decorated with fluffy white clouds floating freely, nature is lively. The air is cool and comfortable. The scent of nature makes me feel refreshed and especially energetic. The feeling of being light like cotton floating in the sky makes today's run start wonderfully.
I kept running along the endless road, passing houses that are still in the quiet. The deeper I ran, the more I felt the peace that surrounded every step until I reached the area behind the village temple. This is a true oasis of peace. The sounds of nature sing a beautiful melody like a song of life. Many kinds of birds fly and chirp to greet the dawn. Although the morning sunlight is getting stronger, it is still warm. It is not too hot to feel uncomfortable. I run at a steady and consistent speed. My eyes glance at the numbers on the application on the smartwatch often to track my progress and maintain a steady running pace. The feeling of floating on air makes the current run smooth and very enjoyable.
While my feet are moving forward without stopping, my mind is fully immersed in the beauty of nature around me. Both sides of the road are full of trees, big and small. The greenery of the forest, which is meticulously created, invites the mind to relax and enjoy the pure scenery of nature that is given this morning. Even though the body began to feel tired from running for a while, the signals from the muscles began to sound a warning. So I decided to stop for a moment. At the road along the Trang River Canal This is the place where I often stop to let my body relieve the accumulated fatigue and admire the view of the river that flows slowly and unhurriedly. I took this opportunity to record still images and videos to save the memories of this special morning in digital memory. Then I started walking slowly, breathing deeply and exhaling slowly to fill my lungs with oxygen and expel fatigue from my body. When my body felt ready again, I started running with renewed determination. The sweat that dripped all over my body was a sign that I had exercised fully and efficiently. Today's run felt great and refreshing. I ran back to the concrete road again. This time, behind the temple, there were thick, shady trees that helped relieve the heat from the sunlight very well. This made this part of the run shady and very comfortable, like running in a natural tunnel that provided coolness. When I ran to the Trang River again, even though there were some parts where the sunlight was quite hot. But there were some big trees that provided shade, making the overall atmosphere of this morning's exercise smooth and enjoyable, not feeling the scorching heat too much.
My eyes scanned the other side of the wide canal and saw people bustling about, both cars moving along the road continuously, people walking along the sidewalk, and people who also came out to exercise, which was surprisingly different from the side of my village, which was surprisingly quiet, as if there were no people this morning. There was only me running on this road, making me realize that the area where I was exercising was really suitable for exercising, with the quietness and beautiful scenery that nature provided.
I kept running relentlessly until the sound of my watch rang, signaling that it was time to end my exercise today. When I raised my wrist to look, I saw that I had already run 4 rounds, which was a satisfactory distance for this morning. It was time to go back and prepare breakfast for my daughter to eat before going to school. So I decided to turn around and run back to my white house with a satisfied smile from the new morning full of energy and happiness from exercising. Feeling refreshed
White house
I rushed straight to the washing machine, turned on the water, and prepared to wash the school uniform for my beloved daughter. Then, without delay, I went into the kitchen and prepared a delicious breakfast. Today, I have a special menu that my daughter likes the most, which is the fried salted mackerel that I bought yesterday. I meticulously fried the fish until it was golden brown and fragrant. I placed it in a bowl with hot steamed rice. Another menu that I couldn't miss was the chicken soup that I made with care. When everything was ready, I placed it on the dining table.
After my daughter's breakfast, it was time to prepare breakfast for my mother. I didn't forget to grind fragrant coffee beans and brew my husband's favorite coffee. The three of us, father, mother and daughter, sat around the kitchen to eat breakfast together.
When we were full, my husband took our daughter to school, while I took care of feeding my mother breakfast. When my husband came back, the two of us helped my mother take a bath, get dressed, and do gentle physical therapy. Then, I let my mother rest comfortably.
My beloved pets
It's time for the pets in the house to be happy. Today, it's the turn of the parrots. I let them fly freely inside the house. The sight of the parrots flying around happily made me feel indescribably happy. It took quite a while for them to be full and satisfied. I also prepared food for the parrots and did not forget to feed the cute cat.
Adventures in the garden house
When all the tasks in the white house were completed, it was time to travel to the happy garden house.

I drove my favorite tricycle with the leftover food from last night to serve as appetizers for the ducks, chickens and geese in the garden. Then I cut banana trees to mash as food for the pets in the garden. Unfortunately, I was in such a hurry that I forgot to take pictures of the grinding process. There was only a picture of the beautiful parrot that I fed.
When my husband and I finished grinding the banana stalks, my husband was responsible for mixing the food with the banana stalks and giving it to our pets. I took care of the Sulcata tortoises and parrots by feeding them and cleaning their cages like every day. Immediate plan before the power goes out
While I was enjoying taking care of my pets, the phone rang. My neighbor called to inform me that the electricity would be out soon. This made me rush because the garden also needs electricity, especially for cleaning the floor, which requires a motor to pump water up from the pond. I quickly cleaned around the house and finished cleaning the bird cages in the garden before the electricity went out. When all the tasks were completed, I traveled back to the white house. It was time to relax and write an article about exercising. And today's morning life for my friends to read. How is it? With my simple daily routine, I hope my friends like my morning life.
