My Actifit Report Card: July 16 2025

On Wednesday morning, July 16, 2025, at Natalung, Trang, the morning air was awakened by the sound of nature's music from the rain that fell and hit the roof. I woke up before my alarm clock rang. The clarity in my heart pushed me straight to the window and opened the curtains to explore the outside world. It was really raining.
When I saw that, I did not hesitate to start my daily tasks in the kitchen immediately. I started cooking jasmine rice to make the smell spread throughout the house and washed the dishes and bowls I used last night until they were spotless. Then I fried some delicious pork for my little daughter to eat with warm rice before going to school. While waiting for the pork to cook, I ground fragrant coffee beans to prepare for my favorite cup of coffee in the morning. Finally, I swept and mopped the kitchen floor until it was spotless. When everything was ready, the rain continued to fall. With the time I still had, I continued my housework by sweeping and mopping every corner of the house. My daughter took a shower, got dressed, and came down to eat breakfast that was prepared in the kitchen. I went in to take care of the order and did not miss taking a picture of her cuteness while she was eating her delicious meal. Today, I still carefully prepare breakfast for everyone in the house, including rice for my mother, and make milk for her, and feed liquid food to my beloved parrot.
I sat and talked with my daughter in the kitchen for a long time until the rain started to stop. My daughter went to school with her husband who dropped her off. When everyone left the house, I didn't hesitate to grab my running socks and shoes, put on my earphones, and stepped onto the concrete road in front of the house. I opened the exercise app and started running with determination.
I kept running from the front of the white house, ran all the way to the back of the temple in the village, and then circled back. Today, the overall atmosphere was very good. The air was fresh after the rain. The sky was brighter, but not too sunny. What was amazing today was that while I was running on the road along the canal by the footpath of the Trang River, I heard a sound like something nearby, like the sound of falling leaves, but it wasn't. When I glanced over, I saw many small fish coming out of the drain, as if they were traveling to the main river that was flowing slowly. I didn't hesitate to quickly pick up my phone to capture this amazing moment in my memory. Then I took a picture of myself and a video of myself. After taking the picture, I ran with determination for another 5 rounds. After that, I decided to go home. Because the sky started to turn a light brown, I was worried that it would rain again.

Starting with a familiar but loving mission, I rushed to organize my mother's clothes that were piled up in the basket, then prepared a delicious breakfast, fed her calmly, and then took my mother to take a bath and dress her up with care, not forgetting to do physical therapy for her regularly to keep her healthy.
When the mission to take care of my mother was completed, I turned to take care of the fluffy cat who was eagerly waiting for breakfast. After that, it was time to prepare to travel to Baan Suan, a place of relaxation full of life. Today seemed to be especially rushed because I had to prepare food for the pets, big and small, in the garden. The bright morning air of Na Taluang District, Trang Province, made me feel refreshed even though I had to face the challenges that awaited me.

Baan Suan

I set off on my beloved tricycle, heading to my beloved Baan Suan. As soon as I arrived, I quickly opened the gate and walked straight to the water pump to plug it in. But then the unexpected happened. As soon as I plugged it in, the lights in the whole house went out immediately. Worries were clear in my mind because I had an important appointment with the air conditioner repairman at a cafe. The call from the repairman only added to the pressure that I had to quickly fix the situation.

I quickly ran to the cutout, checked it, and calmly fixed it. Fortunately, the water returned and the electricity returned to normal. Relief spread throughout my body because at least the important mission was not interrupted for long.

No matter how much I was in a hurry, I could not neglect the duties and responsibilities in the garden. I started cleaning the birdcage meticulously, checking the neatness of the garden, and taking care of the plants that were growing under the soft sunlight. I hurried to finish everything as quickly as possible. With determination and determination, these tasks were finally completed. When everything was in order, I checked the neatness of the garden again to make sure nothing was missing. Then I headed to the cafe as scheduled with the air conditioner repairman. When I arrived, I was relieved because my husband took care of everything. As for me, I sat down to write an article and an account of my exercise and life today for my friends to read. I hope my friends like my life.
