My Actifit Report Card: July 5 2025

This morning is another day with exceptionally good weather. I woke up feeling refreshed and prepared to exercise to welcome the morning. Today is a holiday, so I have plenty of time for myself. I don’t have to rush like I usually do on my work days. I started the day by putting on my socks and my favorite pair of shoes, adding more support for my movements. Then I opened the door and stepped through the curtains to feel the fresh and cool air outside. The morning sunlight shone down, along with the cloudless blue sky. It was truly a perfect morning.
My regular running track is the white concrete road in front of my house. I started running slowly to warm up my body. It didn’t take long for sweat to seep out, indicating that my body was about to start working. I kept running, enjoying the peaceful view around my house in the morning. After running for a while, I arrived at the footpath along the Trang River Canal. This canal is a major artery that sustains the lives of people in the community. The water in the canal flows slowly, reflecting the sky and trees on both sides of the canal like a large mirror. I stopped and recorded the beautiful nature in my memory at this point. Today, I heard the local crows chirping as if they were greeting me as a β€œvisitor” in their territory. I couldn’t help but smile at the cuteness of these animals. Their cries mixed with other sounds of nature made my running more lively. In addition to the birds, I also met my daily four-legged friends, many stray dogs, who came to wait for my food every morning. I shared my food with them with great gusto. Seeing them so full made my heart swell in another way.
I continued running, sometimes walking alternately, to let my body rest and relax. The sound of my watch reminded me of the distance and time. This kind of exercise is so wonderful. In addition to exercising my body, I also relax my mind at the same time.
When I looked to the other side of the canal, I saw an impressive sight: monks walking for alms on the concrete road on the other side. Even though it was far away, the sight made me feel indescribably comfortable. It’s a pity that in my village, it’s been a long time since I’ve seen monks walking for alms in the morning. Seeing this sight was like a small gift from nature today.
I ran around the same route about 4-5 times. Today, I had plenty of time because my daughter didn’t go to school, so I didn’t have to rush like I usually do. Spending time with myself and nature like this is the best way to recharge my energy.
When my watch signaled me to go home I also feel fulfilled with my morning activities today. When I open the exercise app and see the numbers showing my effort, I feel very happy and proud of myself. It's a good feeling to take care of both body and mind at the same time.
Exercise not only makes the body strong, but also heals the mind, allowing us to be close to nature and experience the little happiness hidden around us every day.

White House

Starting with peace in the warm white house. As soon as I stepped in, I couldn't help but pick some flowers in front of the house. I admired its beauty for a moment before rushing to turn on the water in the bucket and put a pile of clothes in the washing machine. I set the program and left it before walking into the kitchen to prepare a delicious breakfast for everyone in the family.
Morning routine in the white house Gradually grind fragrant coffee beans. I make hot coffee and heat up the curry I cooked the night before to prepare lunch for everyone. When everything is ready, I prepare breakfast for my mother first. While my mother's food is warming up, my husband and I sit and sip hot coffee and chat leisurely at the kitchen table. Today is a relaxing day, so we spend extra time sipping coffee, letting the aroma and bitter taste slowly seep into every molecule of our body. After having a satisfying breakfast, I get up to feed my mother and help my husband help her get into the wheelchair to take a bath, get dressed, and do physical therapy. After that, I let my mother rest fully. While everyone is busy with their personal routines, I don't forget to feed my favorite parrot and cat in the house. It's a lovely sight to see them enjoying themselves. With delicious food When the mission in the white house is complete, it's time to travel to the happy garden house.

Simple life at the garden house

I drove my favorite tricycle to the garden house with bird food and grains that I prepared from the white house and fresh fruits to give to the parrots there. As soon as I arrived at the garden house, my husband and I separated to do our assigned responsibilities. I started by cleaning the garden house this morning thoroughly by mopping the house until it was spotless and plugging in the cleaning motor around the house. I cleaned the bird cages and turtle cages and fed them without fail. After the cleaning mission was complete, I went to feed the chickens and geese. Today was special. I brought snacks from a nearby bakery for them to eat. They seemed to especially like this snack. After they were full, they went down to play in the water and strolled under the shade of the trees. So I didn't miss the chance to take a camera to take pictures of their cuteness. When I finished all the missions, I sat down to write today's story to share with my friends about my exercise and simple lifestyle. I hope my friends like this kind of life as well.
