My Actifit Report Card: June 28 2025

Hello everyone,

I hope you all enjoy your relaxing weekend. As for me, today is the same as usual. It's time to exercise.
On a bright holiday morning like this, my husband and I didn't hesitate to go for a run together. We opened the door of our house and stepped onto the concrete road that is my regular running track. We started the day by walking from the warm white house to the back of the temple in the village that is full of peace and quiet. Along the way, I didn't miss taking out my phone to take beautiful pictures and videos to record the impressive morning atmosphere before starting to exercise seriously. After taking pictures and videos, we started jogging lightly from the original point, running until we reached the back of the temple. Then, we circled back on the original concrete road, heading to our destination at the footpath along the Trang River Canal. Today's atmosphere is very good. The sky is clear and the air is fresh. So, I didn't miss taking pictures of the beautiful atmosphere along the way. Each picture that came out was really beautiful.

Let's talk about inspiration from social media to achieve the goal of a beautiful body with various exercises.

Recently, I've been spending most of my free time seriously consuming social media related to exercise. I like to watch different exercise postures, whether it's running, yoga, or even aerobics. It looks fun. Many of my friends on social media used to be quite overweight, but they were able to lose weight through regular exercise until their bodies returned to being beautiful and healthy. I see them as good examples and are a great inspiration. They give me the motivation to exercise and run a lot. I feel the power to get up and take care of myself more. Today, my husband and I opened the exercise application and played some fast, upbeat music to stimulate our bodies to be active and help our running exercise have a better rhythm. We both intended to run to let our bodies sweat out fully to detoxify the waste from our bodies. And we really did it. We sweated quite a lot, making our bodies feel more refreshed and lively. Even though we were a little tired, it's normal. But we are determined to exercise like this every morning for long-term health. While we were running, we talked a little and took a break when we felt tired and needed to rest. The atmosphere today is really good. If we talk about the sky this morning, the sun is shining with a soft golden glow. When I take pictures, I really like it because there is a beautiful morning sun in the picture. It's a picture that makes me feel refreshed and energetic at the same time.

Take a break and sip coffee to experience the healthy lifestyle in the community

After running 3-4 rounds, which was a good distance for this morning, we decided to relax and recharge with coffee at a coffee shop in the village. My husband and I headed straight to the coffee shop after we finished running. When we arrived at the coffee shop, we saw cyclists who had finished exercising sitting and drinking coffee. The atmosphere in the shop was quite lively today and full of positive energy. But it was good for me to see people in the village taking care of themselves by exercising seriously. It was a great image to inspire each other.
Speaking of coffee this morning, I ordered 2 cups of coffee, one with milk for my husband and one without milk for me. It was a local coffee with a fragrant and well-rounded taste. I also ordered 2 cups of dim sum and 2 pieces of sticky rice with egg to go with the coffee and hot tea or herbal tea. My husband and I sat in the coffee shop for a long time, relaxing and talking comfortably. But then it was time to go back to our happy white home. So I went to order breakfast for my daughter and mother. Then we checked the bill and headed back home.

After recharging with a delicious breakfast at the coffee shop, my husband and I decided to walk back home. Now I can't run anymore because my stomach is full of delicious breakfast. Walking home comfortably helps the body relax and the food we eat is easier to digest. It's a perfect ending to the morning exercise trip.
On the way home, my husband didn't forget to feed his favorite dog who always remembers his husband well, but he didn't remember me. It's so cute. My husband bought sticky rice with grilled pork for our daughter and shared some with the dog on the way. It must be very happy. Then we traveled home happily sharing food with the dog.

Morning mission at home taking care of the family

When I got home, I didn't hesitate to rush into the kitchen, prepare the breakfast I bought and put it on the table for my daughter to eat and feed my mother breakfast. But today, something unexpected happened. When I went into the bathroom, it turned out that the water was not running. It was really annoying. I had to rush to get water from the open bucket behind the house to bring to my mother to take a bath in the bathroom. Then I took my mother to take a bath in the wheelchair. After taking a bath, I applied lotion, dressed her, and did physical therapy for my mother. Then I let my mother rest comfortably.
Then it was time to feed the cat and the white parrot at home. Today, I didn't do any other housework because the water was not running. There was still a lot of work left in the kitchen since last night. For example, washing a pile of dishes, which requires waiting for the water to run, is quite boring. But today's mission is not yet complete.

Heading to the garden house

It's time to go to the garden house. Today, I brought some trees to plant at the garden house. They are fruit trees that I bought from the market. They are cocoa trees. I bought 15 trees at a price of 15 baht per tree. Before this, I had planted 1 cocoa tree, but that tree cost 150 baht, which is quite a big difference in price. The height of the trees is also different. The newly bought trees are still small. But I hope that they will grow strong and produce good results in the future.

Feeding pets

Starting with a familiar but happy task. I turned on the water, plugged in the motor, and let the water spray all around the house and the animal cages. The smell of moist soil and the freshness of the flowing water made this morning feel refreshed. Cleaning the house and the bird cages and turtle cages is not just work, but also getting close to the small nature around us. The parrots chirped and greeted me. The fat Sulcata tortoises seemed happy to soak in the cool water in a basin.
After finishing the cleaning task, it was time for breakfast for the little members of the house. I started by feeding the parrots that were eagerly waiting. They ate the seeds with relish before taking the turtle out of the water and feeding it. The turtle slowly chewed the vegetables, showing its satisfaction with this simple breakfast. When all the tasks were done, I got ready to go home, but I didn’t forget to feed the fish in the pond and bring some leftover snacks from the bakery to peel for the chickens, ducks, and geese that were rummaging around looking for food nearby. Their cries showed their joy at receiving the delicious snacks.
Today, my husband and I planned to go into the backyard to check out the bananas that we were waiting to see when they would ripen. The sight of the hanging green-yellow banana combs looked so delicious. We walked along the path, which was covered with the shade of various trees. The sound of birds chirping and the occasional breeze created a peaceful atmosphere. But when we stepped foot onto the banana trees, the sight in front of us made us pause.
Two days ago, a stronger-than-usual windstorm caused a large tree in the garden to break and crush the beautifully planted oil palm trees. The sight of the large trunks hanging on the palm trees was heart-stopping. Without delay, my husband and I hurried back to the garden house to get our trusty saw and deal with them. With the fallen forest trees, hand sawing is a job that requires both physical strength and patience. Sweat dripped down the frame of my face, but we did not give up. We tried to saw off the small branches so that the oil palm tree would not be damaged any further.

After a while, the sound of the saw rubbing against the wood alternated with the sound of our breathing. We were able to successfully saw off the small branches from the oil palm tree, but the large trunk that was still hanging nearby would have to wait for a large saw to help deal with it. This small adventure in the garden taught us that nature is always great, and sometimes we have to accept the things that we cannot control. But it was another impressive memory of spending time with my husband in our garden before I had to go home to write an even more important article.
