My Actifit Report Card: May 28 2025

Good morning, friends β€οΈπŸ™πŸƒπŸ”…
This morning is another day that starts with enthusiasm and is full of energy as usual. But it's more special than every day because I have the opportunity to share good stories and warm morning routines for my friends to read.
Start a new day with happiness in the kitchen
After getting up this morning, the first thing I did was prepare breakfast for everyone in the family. I started by going to the kitchen, grinding fragrant coffee beans, making my favorite cup of coffee, and enjoying my first cup of coffee to wake up refreshed. Then I started creating breakfast menus for everyone in the family. This morning is a bit special because there's not just coffee, but also fragrant pork curry and a large bowl of hot pork soup with boiled vegetables and fresh green vegetables. And what I can't miss is my favorite cup of seafood sauce that goes perfectly with the pork soup.
I looked at the clock again and it was 6:30 a.m. I wanted to go exercise, but I couldn't because I wanted to finish the breakfast menu first, especially since my daughter had to eat before going to school. So I found plenty of time to prepare all the breakfast and put it on the dining table. I intended that by 7:00 AM, everyone would wake up and have breakfast together. Normally, my husband and I usually have coffee for breakfast, but this morning I wanted everyone to be full and energized, so I tried changing to a savory meal. I hope everyone likes it. When breakfast was ready, it was my turn. I put on my favorite sneakers at 7:00 AM and went for a run on the same concrete road in the village. Today, the sky was brighter than usual. People in the village started to go to work and send their children to school, making my village feel especially lively this morning. It was not quiet like every day because there were cars of people continuously passing by. Everyone greeted each other with smiles and happiness, making this morning's run full of positive energy.
While running, I opened the exercise app and checked the distance on my watch all the time. Today, my legs felt very sore because I intended to run to reach my goal. When I felt tired, I stopped walking, took a breath to relax my body and relieve my fatigue. Then I walked back to my white house.

Family happiness and personal time

When I got home, everyone had finished breakfast and it seemed that my daughter had already gone to school. My husband took her home. I went back to the kitchen to make breakfast for my mother-in-law. While waiting for the rice to cook and the food to warm up, I thought that I should use this free time to write an article this morning before taking a bath for my mother-in-law and going to the garden house. It would be a good use of time and I would come back to do housework and feed the animals later. I would try to change the way I do my responsibilities because I might do the same thing over and over again. If I write about it, my friends will get bored reading it. After thinking this, I sat on my favorite sofa and started writing an article about exercising and my life this morning for my friends to read. How was my story this morning? Both exercising and my responsibilities as a housewife. I hope my friends like my story.


Baan Suan My daily routine starts this morning.
A busy morning with animal care missions.
Every morning at Baan Suan, my first task is to prepare food for the pets. I start by soaking pellets for chickens, ducks, and geese. Then I put the turtles in the water and let them relax and expel uric acid. This is the time for the turtles to clean themselves.
When I finished preparing the turtles' food, I quickly went upstairs to feed the parrots and clean their cages.
