Good morning, friends

A bright and energetic start to the day. Exercising in the morning is a great way to energize your body and mind, ready to take on the day. Friends,
I started by paying attention to warming up, and wearing comfortable clothes and familiar sneakers. I focused on being prepared to prevent injuries from various exercises. And
Exercises for the quadriceps and hamstrings are an important part of exercise that help you move more agilely and stronger in your daily life. I started by watching YouTube to watch more exercises because there are many exercises to choose from according to my suitability and preferences.
Gradually doing aerobics after that increases the challenge and helps burn calories well. When I am aware of my body's fatigue, I exercise fully. I also notice my body's symptoms.
And the plank is a great pose because it helps strengthen the core muscles, which are important for balance and good back health. It also helps stimulate blood circulation.
My intention to exercise is to be healthy.

Make breakfast

Before going to exercise, we prepared breakfast together, turned on the coffee machine, then ground coffee beans, mixed powdered milk for my mother, and cooked breakfast for my mother.
Then prepared food for the pet turtle, the ucata, and the smart parrot.

Exercise

I walked out of the garden house to the concrete road in the village. The atmosphere on both sides of the road was very good. Today, both sides of the road were moist, and the sound of birds and crows was beautiful.
When I reached the concrete road, I started jogging with determination because everything at home was ready. I ran to the concrete-like position to the survey area in the village, like every day. Then I ran back. Today, my four-legged friends didn't know where they were. I didn't see them at all. I jogged and admired the nature on both sides of the road. Sweat started to flow. From exercising and running every day, I got used to it. When I ran for a while until I reached the road along the canal by the Trang River, sweat started to flow more. But in this area, the wind was cool and comfortable, making the sweat that flowed out dry. In this area, the wind was cool and comfortable, as I said, the atmosphere was very good. The sky started to open, and the sun started to shine down, making this area very suitable for exercising. So I stopped to take pictures and videos.
Then I ran back on the concrete road. How many times have you run around the temple like this? Many times until I thought that today I would only exercise this much by running and then going back to the garden house.

Garden house

I started by making coffee, then I drank coffee in front of the house on the wooden table.
When I drank coffee and rested, I asked my mother to go and feed me, take my mother to take a bath, get dressed, do physical therapy, and let my mother rest like every day.

Prepare food for the pets

The bird food that was prepared today, I took this food to feed the birds and cleaned the bird cage and the turtle cage, and finished feeding the turtles.

Do housework and gardening

Do housework, starting from washing clothes, washing dishes, cooking rice, doing laundry, and cleaning the house, sweeping and wiping every nook and cranny. Even though it took quite a while, I also opened the exercise application. Doing housework was like exercising at the same time.

When everything was in place, both gardening, housework, and daily exercise, it was time for me to sit down and write an article, share good stories for everyone to read. 💞
