Lovely photos. I have a couple of roses here in Vermont. In my backyard in California I had several different varieties. I think 6 different colors.

I can not successfully grow roses in my shady yard. I'm sure your Cali roses grew well!
It was crazy how well they grew lol we would get frustrated with mites and cut them all the way down some years, then the next year they would be back bigger than ever.
