Thanks. It was a gorgeous day. I didn't include pictures but the lake was packed with swimmers and paddleboards. Its a good summer retreat from the heat.

Very interesting. There is a big and small white egret combination in California too. But I think they are different. For sure the little one is different species.

I looked back and didn't get an photos good enough to identify the tree. The forest along that trail is heavy on white pine and it looks like that is probably what the oysters were on.
