Noodle and Chicken Curry In Cambodia

Dear Friends! Hope you are fine! Today is a good holiday on Saturday, I and my family has trips visited in Preah Dak village, in Siem Reap province. Preah Dark village is a community rural area place. Preah Dark is a population place for the Cambodian people and other foreigners to visits there.

There are many of shops to sellers the noodles and other food.

We had to participation to saw the people developed the noodles,and they were very happy with us to shows how to cook noodle.

Noodle is development by the rices,and salt.They are prepared the rice and rice cook and keep it for 3 to 4 hours and then they bring it to grind it finely, and then pound it until it becomes sticky and cook it in boiling water. After cook they take it out and put it in cold water and then take it in to the basket.

We are jointed with eat noodle with chicken curry and Khmer soup that cook with fishes and with coconuts and ingredient also. The noodle mixes with chicken curry very good taste and many people like to eat in those areas.

To build good relation with family, brother and sister especially our relatives, we should planned and meeting with them as to good building,to shares and to learning on job, and other business to improve our knowledge and creative good ideas to make good decisions also. We are close friendly and lovely from each other ❤️ ❤️ ❤️
