RE: A great green vegetable ladies finger with potato cooking tutorial.
You are viewing a single comment's thread:
I have tried different recipes for Lady's finger, including sauteed plain, sauteed with soy sauce, fritters, grilled for kebab, boiled with spicy soy sauce with lime as dip, and added them to sour soup, but I have never tried this one with potatoes. I guess I need to try this new addition to my recipe list for Lady's finger. Thanks for sharing!
We have a lot of Lady's fingers in our homestead, around 0.25 acres wide. Since we have an abundant harvest, we sell them, and the rest are for our own consumption and we also give to our neighbors. This vegetable is delicious and nutritious.

It was great to hear your cooking method. But I was worried about using lime for the longest time, I am not sure whether it will be harmful to the body.
I am very happy to know that you are cultivating this lady's finger there. And it is really a great job to help people earn a living by helping them with green vegetables. Growing beautiful crops in such fertile land is really interesting. When a vegetable grows from a flower to a full-fledged one, it is really a sight to behold. Above all, I always thank you for your cooking skills and beautiful compliments. Also, I express my eternal gratitude to you for sharing your wonderful message with me by spending your hard and laborious time. Thank you friend.
