First, I carefully cut off the tail and head of the lady's finger using a knife. Next, I peeled the potatoes thoroughly.

I love okra (lady's finger). It's so healthy. My grandma used to cook it with just soy sauce, some vinegar, tomato, onion and garlic then sautee it. My mom just simple steam it and then dip it to soy sauce with vinegar. Yummy!
