Those who are determined to exercise and change their lifestyle are not influenced by external factors; they simply exercise at any time and at any moment, with all their willpower. However, sometimes it is easier to think and say it than to do it. The reality is different when we are not used to exercising, and it is a habit that we are just starting to develop.
I've been running family errands for two weeks and missing several days at the gym. I'm feeling lazy about going, and this is when the group of friends you exercise with is important because they are the ones who push you to continue.
Creating an exercise habit is very difficult, and losing it is easy, which is why group support is essential. There should be that camaraderie in jokes, laughter, and sweat that makes you want to come back.
I'm not one to take pictures of myself when I'm sweaty and tired, but I've been learning why going to the gym without taking pictures is like not going at all. Plus, they help me keep track of my progress and share it with my hive people.
What signs do you think indicate that you have a sports habit?
Quién está decidido hacer ejercicio y cambiar su estilo de vida no siente influencia del exterior, simplemente se ejercita a cualquiera hora y en cualquier momento, con toda su voluntad, pero a veces es más fácil pensarlo y decirlo que hacerlo, la realidad es otra cuando no estamos acostumbrados a ejercitarnos, y es un hábito que recién comenzamos.
Tengo dos semanas haciendo diligencias familiares y faltando varios días al gimnasio, estoy sintiendo flojera para asistir, y en estos momentos es donde el grupo de amigos con el que se hace ejercicio es importante porque ellos son los que te impulsan a continuar.
Crear un hábito de ejercicio es muy difícil y perderlo es fácil, por eso el apoyo grupal es fundamental. Debe haber esa complicidad en bromas, risas y sudor, que te hagan querer regresar.
No soy de tomarme fotos mientras estoy sudada y cansada, sin embargo, he ido aprendiendo por qué asistir a un gimnasio sin hacerse fotos, es como no haber ido, además me sirven para registrar mi proceso y compartirlas con mi gente de hive.
