The days go by at great speed when we do not stop to breathe with awareness or to observe our surroundings, personally I try to go slowly, since the speed in which I lived did not leave me anything good, after this short reflection 😂 I want to show you my photos of today from the gym that give laughter 🤣 are some positions that the teacher asks us to do, but in the photos we always look so bad that what they give me is laughter, in one I almost do not even see myself, that happens because we are very tired.

Los días pasan a gran velocidad cuando no nos detenemos a respirar con conciencia ni a observar nuestro alrededor, en lo personal intento ir despacio, ya que la velocidad en la que vivía no me dejó nada bueno, después de esta corta reflexión 😂 quiero mostrarte mis fotos de hoy del gimnasio que dan risas 🤣 son algunas posiciones que el profesor nos pide hacer, pero en las fotos quedamos siempre tan mal que lo que me dan es risa, en una casi ni me veo, eso sucede porque estamos muy cansadas.
When I left my exercise routine, I passed by the Sucre square in Cagua, which is about two blocks from the gym, there were some oil paintings on display although they had the signature of the painter I do not know him and I did not see anyone giving information, I do not know if the purpose was to sell them or just show a little art in the community. There were several people watching, children and adults including myself. I hope they continue to do this activity because in some way it entertains and makes us forget the problems we have, especially the economic one.
Al salir de mi rutina de ejercicio, pasé por la plaza Sucre de Cagua, que queda a unas dos cuadras del gimnasio, había unas pinturas al óleo en exhibición aunque tenían la firma del pintor no lo conozco y tampoco vi a nadie dando información, no sé si la finalidad era venderlas o simplemente mostrar un poco del arte en la comunidad. Había varias personas contempladas, niños y adultos incluyéndome. Espero que continúen haciendo esta actividad porque de alguna forma entretiene y hace olvidar los problemas que tenemos, en especial el económico.
