Hi everyone welcome to another episode of cook with me, so today I will be sharing with you all how I prepare my beans and plantain.
INGREDIENTS NEEDED
Beans
Plantain
Onions
3cubes of Maggi
A pinch of salt for taste
Crayfish
Ginger and garlic spices
Fresh pepper
All purpose spices
You start by selecting the beans
This me selecting the beans
After selecting the beans you get clean pot and wash the beans
After washing you add some water and allow it boil for 4 minutes
You sieve the water out and wash the beans again
Pour back into the pot and add your sliced onions allow it cook for 30 minutes
You peel your plantain cut to small sizes of your choice
Get your fresh pepper and roughly blend it
After 30 minutes the beans is half done so you go in with your pepper and plantain
Next you add your salt, Maggi, red oil, all purpose spices and your ginger garlic spice
All it cook for 10 minutes
Your food is ready
