So first of, i'm so glad I've found my people here — those who love ampalaya haha... From what I've observed, the bitterness of the ampalaya depends on the kind of ampalaya you're eating and yes on how it is cooked.
Secondly, I would also love to extend my deepest gratitude to you, sister, for helping with the construction work. Here in San Remigio, the construction work is still ongoing because many brothers and sisters here lost their houses because of the earthquake last september. And I'm really grateful to help with the construction and meet other DRCs and zealous witnesses, who exerted their effort and time for the construction.
