Trying the viral shawarma @ Bukit Bintang

I seldomly eat Shawarma. I think the last time I ate shawarma was in 2021. These few days, a video always resurfaces in TikTok about a shawarma joint that is located in Bukit Bintang.

After watching the cinema at Citta Mall, I and my wife went to Bukit Bintang using my scooter. It was raining lightly at the time. The journey from my house to Bukit Bintang took around 40 minutes.

When I reach the city center, the traffic was really bad. After safely going through the traffic, I and my wife arrived at Bukit Bintang. Since I was riding my scooter, I am able to get parking in front of the shawarma joint. I made a good decision by riding my scooter.

The first thing that I noticed was the long queue and the number of customers waiting for their orders to be prepared. I told my wife to start getting into the queue while I secure my scooter. Even though I parked in front of the shawarma joint, I don't want to take any chances.

Once I am confident that my scooter has been secured, I went and join my wife in the queue. The staff that took the order was really fast. We did not queue for long. Within 5 minutes, I and my wife reach the front of the ordering counter.

We take a look at the menu and decided to order two (2) chicken shawarma and one (1) beef shawarma. I feel that the price of the shawarma is on the high side. We then waited at the side for our order to be prepared.

We waited for around 15 minutes before getting our order. After getting our order, I and my wife straight away went home. The beef shawarma was juicy and tasty. While the chicken shawarma tastes dry.
