Here are the ingredients and how to make Aceh fried noodles:
Ingredients:
- 200 grams of egg noodles
- 100 grams of chicken meat, cut into small pieces
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
- 3 large red chilies, thinly sliced
- 2 red bird's eye chilies, thinly sliced (according to taste)
- 1 spring onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons of cooking oil
- 1 tablespoon of sweet soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- Salt to taste
How to make:
- Boil egg noodles in boiling water until cooked. Drain and set aside.
- Heat cooking oil in a pan, sauté shallots and garlic until fragrant.
- Add in the chicken, stir-fry until it changes color.
- Add large red chilies and red cayenne pepper, stir-fry until wilted.
- Add soy sauce, soy sauce, and sugar. Stir well.
- Enter the boiled egg noodles, stir until blended with the spices.
- Add salt to taste according to taste.
- Finally, add the green onions, stir briefly until wilted.
- Remove and serve hot Acehnese fried noodles.
