Here are the ingredients and how to make Aceh fried noodles:

Ingredients:

  • 200 grams of egg noodles
  • 100 grams of chicken meat, cut into small pieces
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
  • 3 large red chilies, thinly sliced
  • 2 red bird's eye chilies, thinly sliced ​​(according to taste)
  • 1 spring onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons of cooking oil
  • 1 tablespoon of sweet soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • Salt to taste

How to make:

  1. Boil egg noodles in boiling water until cooked. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat cooking oil in a pan, sauté shallots and garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add in the chicken, stir-fry until it changes color.
  4. Add large red chilies and red cayenne pepper, stir-fry until wilted.
  5. Add soy sauce, soy sauce, and sugar. Stir well.
  6. Enter the boiled egg noodles, stir until blended with the spices.
  7. Add salt to taste according to taste.
  8. Finally, add the green onions, stir briefly until wilted.
  9. Remove and serve hot Acehnese fried noodles.
